So goddamn sad to see the news of the past couple months regarding danny. Just loaded up my first box of wax slugs and the balls from a few bearings i got from a 30+foot bed 52” swing lathe spindles. Also have some rusty spherical bearing rollers from the same pile of bearings/gears and chain segments that all the balls came from, the rollers wil be 1-4 pieces per hull depending on the fitment of the bearing rollers and their density: most mass for the highest safe chamber pressure will deliver the most impressive hydrostatic shock examples on melons and (water) jugs; but different strokes for different folks and undoubtedly the most import message is pray/hope/meditate/contemplate the hell outside of the fact that danny was and will always be an icon. And an unbiased good shot for any test or demo
Danny's a great shot. Don't listen to any of the Internet sharpshooters. Most of them couldn't find their ass in the dark, with a map, flashlight, and the mirror. Cheers
I try to be nice to people who complain about Danny's shooting, because it just shows that they're new to the channel and don't understand what a dead-eye the man really is. Danny doesn't miss. Great video! I love this kind of review, especially when it shows such stellar performance.
This is my favourite pig round. I stumbled across them when working on the classic Dixie-slugs 3 ball load and I actually prefer this one. I however use 2 3/4" hulls and hard cast balls so they don't stick together but stay close together. Devastating. Good vid!!
2':23 you can just see the snout of the mass accelerator, as Danny mans the front observation position. Great to see pro innovators at work. Great science chaps, keep it up!!!!
The choo-choo train effect is pretty well known from the early days of .410 000 defensive loads for derringers. There were several articles in the popular gun magazines of the day. If you had a third it would create a flyer even with a smoothbore at relatively short ranges...but I think you would run out of case space and would probably create more pressure than was safe. A buck-n-ball round might be more efficient for hog culling, if you are hedging bets with multiple projectiles.
Hog balls and creamed corn... there should be a Beverly Hillbillies reference there somewhere. Thanks again Jeff and Danny for this blast from the (recent) past.
Wow!!! I love your method of can openning. No struggle with a can opener there (just use a large sheet of plastic) - and amazingly - it looks clean too. Looks like it's ready to become a modern art piece! Just a light coat of varnish...! Awesome aiming guys - gun and camera!!! P.s fully agree on batteries!
Warwolf makes quality stuff. My shotgun loves the single ball version of this round. It's beer can accurate at 40 yards. I've shot a lot of slugs that wont group half as well. They load stuff HOT too.

Amazing round! I would have loved to have seen it shot into the ballistic gummies at 17yds; with the entrance/shock channel from from the first ball, and then the 2nd ball following so closely behind... I'm very interested to see what kind of damage ball number two would be doing. In my mind I can imagine it staying on course and driving thru the tunnel from number one?

That was an impressive performance by everyone concerned but the double ball especially. I wonder what the ball weight and FPS is, this is a game changer if the speed is up there.

You could feed a bird from 50 yards
Freeze them in liquid nitrogrn first.
Mix them with some salt for a "goo spray". I'd suggest kosher salt, the flakes cover more surface area than table salt for more gooeyness.
