They could bring the cogs back and have them try to take the first place toon, but the toons will be ready and attack before the Yesman can give the winner Positive Enforcement which would cause the boss cog to come back, or 2. they could have a whole new event based upon it where the winner gets kidnapped and it would be up to the community to rescue the winner (could potentially open up Executive Offices or Funny Farms), this could create tasks and more reasons to come back
