I see a video on breathwork, I click. I'm a simple man. Breath is life.

It is very good to point out the essentialness of breath and breathing to our well-being. Sadly in more and more places on earth the air has been sullied by various forms of toxic pollution. More people are stuck in "sacrifice zones" of high level air pollution with no real option of escaping those zones. But for those of us who are fortunate enough to have mobility, breathing fresh and clean air is a great boon.

Aside from loving to watch my breath, I also loved watching the images that George articulated about the universe, the breath, trees, chimps etc. Even 20 minutes is an experience that can change your life, it’s just a matter of if you let it or not.

Its wonderful that nature is indeed often so sharing. I believe that most human beings are capable of that too. Imagine how powerful it would be if we would all awaken to that? Another great video, George. Thanks for taking the time to share that.

GOod video. I forget who said this in answer to Descartes, but I have repeated it more often than not; ‘Sometimes I think, sometimes I am.”

This really put me in touch with the life force all around. It made me appreciate and show love to my plant who I've been ignoring, speaking to and watering it. It is such a captivating perspective, and I've already connected to the Dao, but yours is a functioning view of that. Thanks for what you're doing!

Watching your breath I think is an incredibly hard thing to do (at least for me)! As soon as you notice your breath and it's rhythm, you start to overthink it and that leads to controlling it.😅 Trying to control something as naturally rhythmical as breathing, fails for me every-time, so that I have to take a deep breath just to reset the natural rhythm. Lots of points in this video to reflect on - thank you George 🙏

What a beautiful video George. If we all took a moment every day to be aware of our breath and our interconnection with nature, and recognise the commonality we share with all living things, we might be a more content and peaceful planet. Please keep sharing more of your learning with us. 🙏

A brilliant video George, on a subject I was just thinking about in bed last night. My thoughts taking me the the heart of humanity’s psychosis, and the first and easiest fix we as a species should make is a reconnection to breath, to body, to self and therefore away from mind identification. Really love your work!

Qi is active-intelligent that is- and will show us where our blockages are... Very effective teaching...I find my breath catching a bit, though, when I hear basic grammar changed by such phrases as "energizing you and I" instead of "....you and me".

Very informative and thoughtful video - everything is so important to us but we most often don't see it. Just take it for granted.
A thought comes into my mind. What do we contribute to the world and how important are we in this universe of interconnected things?
Are we just receivers and users of all these gifts that nature gives us?
We are part of the universe and connected to it, but is the universe connected and dependent on us?
The universe and our world would continue without us?
Many questions but it would be interesting to hear others thought about this 🙏
