Initial palang po hindi na, d man po sinabi ang reason, basta nkareceive lang po aq message that i failed.. pero may faullt din po kc aq.. i've set-up the device po kc sa unang place then before the interview lumipat aq.. nakalimutan q iadjust ung settings ng cam.. sobrang bright though d q po alam if that is the reason or dun sa resume q po kc di q naupdate.. currently employed po.

Since naging active ako sa pakikipag unahan mag me sa placement with in a week nahire nako.. Part time.. Bago naman matapos ang 2021 hired na ulit kaya full time nako..

Hi Ma'am. as you said 7 po kayong trainees the 5 po kayong nka pasa. yung isa nahuli pong nag messenger. May I asked. What happened to the other 1 p po? bkt po hinde nakapasa?
Yung final test po na mangyayari sa last day.. Sa 100% po kasi need maka 80%. 1st 9 day maliit lang na points pero ung final test its like 30 percent mock call, 30 percent client call and 10 percent knowledge check
Naka on po ba ung cam through out the training??

Mam, naipasa ko po ang assessment (interview and exams) and wait ko na lng ang schedule for training kaya lang po, kelangan ko muna magprovide ng COE. Currently, ESL teacher po ako & yong company only provides Certifcation of Service not COE. since hindi po acceptable yon, need ko po magprovide ng proof od email indicating my request for service termination. Ask ko lang po if may performance based bonus and sign in bonus pa silang inoffer po aside sa fixed rate na 3 to 5$?
Pag napasa ang training at may client na may 50dollars sa ISA at GVA at 90 naman sa EVA... Aside pa doon asa client mo na po ang call about sa bonuses.... 😊

To be honest... Cam wont matter much once hired by a realtor😁😁😁 sa meeting namin minsan nakaoff. Cam namin parehas.. Or ako minsan... Sa interview lang sa VD pero di din naman issue yan importante kita ang fes mo at di nila makita tulog ka sa training😂
Thank you for letting me know, the reason I ask, dun kasi sa home eval need mag declare ng mga equip na gagamitin including webcam. Just waiting for my training schedule and your vids really boost my confidence and sobrang excited na ko sa new journey, been with bpo for over 5 yrs, switching to VA world I think it's a breath of fresh air.

Sa placement may coaches din hehelp din nila kayo.... Confidence is the key din. Tyaka mainly sa character and personality tumitingin mga clients kasi alam na nila cv nati tas ung mga test at videos natin nakita at nabasa na nila... 2nd client ko nahire nako... Medyo madaldal din kasi ako... Hehe pinanghawakan ko lang ung dasal at ung belief na may nakatadhana na na client for me...

Hi ate.. Thank you sa detailed na experience ❤️ naipasa ko po ung initial interview pero naka hold po ung application ko dahil kailangan ko pa ng clearance of separation from my previous company. Quick question po, guaranteed po ba na may clients agad. May mga bills to pay po kasi hehe kaya Alma niyo na po kailangan ng finance agad agad.
Patience is the key.. Haha worth it naman lahat.. Asayo din kung gaano ka kaeager na ibenta sarili mo during the interviews... At kung gaano la kaactive sumama sa mga client interviews.. Pero client? Madami clients.. Pagalingan nalamg kayo sa ci maya

Is va exposure kasi kaya after 2 weeks pa yata bago ako sumali sa cis (gawa ng takot hahaah) pero hired din agad after 2 cis then 3rd ci hired ulit
