I can relate. I've handled a team of 60+ VA specialized in Real Estate VA, Digital Marketing, and Web Development. Each has its own set of skills and responsibilities. Being a VA is fun! I'm currently working as a freelance VA since I left my old company this January 2022 as an Executive Director. It's a job that requires learning and perseverance.

Trainings and courses are also important if you want to niche down 🙏🏼 but it's fine also if you don't 👍🏼 I didn't naman.
