I frankly was really impressed by this and flat out astounded by your wall climbing spiderman video! You can tell you did a good job on that one because it made me want to be like spiderman and climb around on walls and all that.

The things that you mentioned have only appeared in the MCU movies and seems a little unnecessary as of now because he still hasn’t made the web shooters and sticky hands and feet. Amazing content brother. It was a great project. I don't know much about all these but if it is possible to keep the fabric in an expanded state to begin with ( Making it look baggy ) and then if you can go on to undo that expansion so that it fits you perfectly, there is a possibility to eliminate the wrinkles/creases. I don't really have an approach on how to make it possible but one idea is to make an exoskeleton (It should have lever like build where it can fold upon cutting off or supplying electricuty) inside the suit such that it holds the fabric stretched to make it look baggy and once the exoskeleton folds, the fabric can return to its normal state which theoretically should be a perfect fit for you. Keep up the good work man, I enjoy watching all of your videos.

Use NiTi as the structure grid following the web design on his suit. Theoretically this will (or should) make the suit tighten evenly. Make sure you lace the NiTI with Spandex. Throw a battery pack on the web shooter that finishes the suit and I think you have a golden product.
If you re visit this suit idea. Watch videos on origami folding. Or just videos on clothing folding ideas. If you run string in a dimond, octagon or honeycomb or something like the superman insignia shape. Combine these shapes if needed. In key spots along the back, elbow so on. As the string in pulled it needs to be pulled over inseam lined with string to help with shape. And lastly add the insignia to line it up like you already did with yours.
I love how this guy shows the trail and error thinking process during the whole thing. Unlike the harshness would they just magically build an Iron Man suit and make it look so easy it actually looks like he had some thought into it and he doesn’t have a whole team to think of something

Hey man I know I'm late to the party here but I think a combo of them all would work well. Use the smaller suit and then cut open the backs like you did, then run the string through and have the little motor pull the strings through small pullys in hidden spots like armpits and the chest piece. This was still a dope and creative way of doing this though! I would have never thought to do the memory springs. Very cool.
