Initially the project was a sony game back in 2005 but the costs got so demanding for sony , that they sold it to Rockstar and the project was mess generally , thousands of 10 hours + work crunches , peoples that got their names removed from the credits because of the director seeing those who left the company as traitors

Todhunter played as the serial killer in the episode called The Stranger. Adam J Harrington played as the serial killer in the episode called #6. Matthew Del Negro played Detective David Rizzo in the episode called Carbon Copy. Keith Szarabajka played the Detective Marty Friedman in the episode called All That Remains.
This is basically "Hey I know that person, but I don't know their name" The Game. Although Phelps wasn't the person I thought he was, again I can't remember their name. Some recognisable faces for sure, but they had modified some of the faces I noticed, in order to suit the time period. I have seen a video where the women had to have their hair tied back, so it wouldn't interfere with the face capture.
