Is it just me, or does some of the voice actors look like their in-game characters?
Some of them are very close, it's actually not uncommon for artists in both animated films (computer animated or other wise) as well as games to do this.
I just wish Bethesda would have made Piper's jawline more conic/triangular like Courtney Ford's instead of rounded indistinct like it was. It would have probably made the character significantly cuter in many people's eye's without undermining her persona as an intrepid reporter; unlike adding "doe eyes" or some of the other things I've seen intended to supposedly beautify Piper.

And yet somehow... Nick is still distinctive enough to be recognizable as himself, not a copy of Mercer or Belethor for that matter. Not to mention Codsworth as well! You'd think they'd be voiced by an entirely different person.

Kellogg's voice actor was just incredible, tbh. I wish we could have gotten more with his character
Shame we had to kill him so early on in the game, and without any option to spare him. They could've at least done something with the concept of Nick randomly appearing as Kellogg. Honestly one of the best written characters from this game.

Same here. I loved the character and the complexity that we see by just glancing over a few tiny bits of his life. My theory was always that Bethesda decided to put his demise and his memories so early in the game as a way to show the player that this guy we wanted to kill so much and considered a monster was once too, just a guy who loved his family who was simply trying to build a future for them. The choices he made in this new world made him who he is, just like it can happen with the player. After all the SS could be much worse than Kellog in the end. It especially hit me after Diamond City Blues after I killed Paul Pembroke, Henry Cooke and Nelson Latimer. Then I encountered their relatives searching for them. For me they were just a job for some caps like Shaun and Nora were for Kellog, for them they were husband, father and son. They were loved and missed and I was the monster who took them away forever. I felt guilty after that for not resolving the quest peacefully, just like Kellog expressed his regrets over killing Nora later.

Yep. Still playing. Nearly set up all my settlers with maxed weapons and armour. Getting fibreglass and ballistics fibre in decent amounts takes time though. Leather is easy to get as is adhesive. Lvl 243 on one character, 188 on another and no mods. Games still drops out occasionally though.

Fun fact the voice actress for Curie is the same in both English and French version of the game. ;)
The main version of my game were in French (since I'm myself French) but I hated the French version so I decided to put English voices and I was shocked to notice Curie has the same voice with this pretty funny stereotyped French accent in the English version.
I think her voice sounding overly stereotypical is kinda deliberate since the character is a robot
