It’s stuck, I’m not sure if it has to do with the knob not being able to turn since two minutes into the video, you can move it perfectly fine. Do you have any tips on how I could fix it?? Simply.. not good..Review of the product should not be based on 'unboxing'>>>use it for a week and then report on how sturdy it is... I can say, it is a quite flimsy stick, it flexes and twists under the weight of the phone..just another annoying 'Made in China" product. My review: NOT GOOD
Got it to work after an hour but it is defective / broken and thus not really suitable for serious use. I will buy another more expensive version later.
