WARNING if you have your phone in a ottercase and love handles on the back this selfie stick holder is too shallow and will not hold your phone.

I misplaced my box. I charged up the stick but couldn’t figure why it stopped working. Your video showed me the remote needs to be charged also.

I still can’t turn on the light

I just got the selfie stick and the detachable remote on mine is very hard to slide off.

Not sure why that is the case for you. Try tilting the holder to the opposite side of the remote when removing it. Once you have enough space above the remote, gently press the remote against the frame before sliding up to remove it. You also want to make sure your palms are not slippery when trying to remove the remote. I hope this helps. Let me know.
