The Mpow iSnap Selfie Stick

The iSnap Y Portable Selfie Stick from Mpow is a Bluetooth selfie stick that allows you to remotely operate your smartphone camera shutter release with the press of a button.
The unit comes packaged in cardboard with a protective molded plastic sleeve. It includes a detailed instruction manual, the selfie stick, and a micro USB charging cable.
You can charge it by plugging the cable into the unit's built-in micro USB port and connecting it to any USB type-A port on your computer or wall charger. Its LED light will glow red while charging and turn off once charging is complete.
After it's charged you activate Bluetooth and make it discoverable by pressing the button on the front of the unit. The unit will blink blue to indicate that it's discoverable.
Scan for the unit in your cell phone's Bluetooth settings and select "Mpow iSnap Y" to pair devices. The unit's button will blink off briefly and then turn a solid blue to indicate that it is paired and connected.
Once paired and connected you pull the spring loaded bracket back to insert your cell phone. The bracket holds the cell phone quite securely in a rubberized clamp.
Extend the telescoping arm, select your camera app, and you're ready to snap away.
The iSnap Y Portable Selfie Stick is a sturdy, utilitarian device providing remote shutter control in an attractive, useful package. Charging and operation are easy and intuitive, but if you forget how to do something the instruction manual is detailed in readable English.
It is useful, sturdy and affordable. It will be great for solo shots or even group photos when you want everyone in the picture.
