i have a lumia 690 and when i press the "stick button "it show "head phones volume" and doesn't take the pic.I thought you will show us how to download the app. to take a picture. the ensemble is easy to understand.
Hi. I have the same model of selfie stick and mine works very good, my on button has a good detent and turns on and off good. And that little orange peice you called a spacer attaches to the vertical bracket on the spring loaded phone holder and it's to hold larger phones in place better on the stick, I noticed you didn't use that for you Galaxy 7 phone, which is a large phone. This will help alot to stabilize you phone while you have it extended and taking pictures or video. Also you didn't talk about connecting it to Bluetooth? It's quite easy and works very well, no wires to mess with at all and charging the selfie stick is very easy and the battery last for days and days. I charged it before a 2 week vacation and it lasted the whole time without another charge. I had acually used the stick again about 2 months after my vacation and it still had a sufficient charge to use it another 2 days and I still may work again when I use it next, so battery life is not a problem at all, like in other selfie sticks I have used in the past. So my personal overall rating is 5 stars for this selfie stick, I have had absolutely no problems with the stick. It's definitely the best on the market as selfie stick go. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in about this product. Thanks. Hawk out!!
Hi, I bought this a month ago and I tried charging it for an hour and it didn't work. Should I keep charging it until the red light goes off?

A zip tie might keep rubber grip in place. Or it goes in the Incredible Box of Crap!
