Love this style of video, coming on a journey with you, a laid back day trip, made me feel like I was there. Background music was slightly loud in places for my taste but otherwise fantastic video.
This is probably one of my most favorite Pixel release videos. This was an easy way for my introverted rear end to get out of the house and “hang out” with someone.
Hey Jason! I've been folloing you since Buzz Out Loud days. Glad to see you taking another leap in your career. As others have commented, this is one of the best walkthrus of the event. Your style is very relatable and enthusiastic. All the best.
Hey Jason! I have been watching / listening to your Android / Google news coverage for years now! HUGE Fan. As others have said this video is by far the best coverage of the Google Event on TH-cam! Keep up the great work! :) I look forward to seeing the unboxing & review videos of the new gadgets! (BTW even beyond Pixel, I really enjoy your unboxing & initial impressions videos... like you did for the Steelseries Headphones)
Great video! This was a very entertaining window into what it was like to view a Made By Google event! Thanks for letting us into this perspective, Jason!
The 8 Pro was the first Pixel to be able to do it. I don't believe they plan to backport to older devices. From the Pixel Tips app on my P8P: You can mirror your phone's screen to an external monitor or TV using a USB-C cable or a DisplayPort/ HDMI cable/adapter. Selected apps (e.g. Google Slides) also support projecting content onto the external monitor, while allowing you to control the content from the phone.
Yes the PIxel 8 series supports it at least. Also, if you plug your Pixel 8 series device into your computer then on your Pixel, find the USB notification. There is a "webcam" setting in there as well. So use it on your computer as a webcam too! I did this a few weeks ago on Android Faithful as my "product cam".
I really wish they had of given the fold the polished frame it looks so much better! They did come up short on the cameras though, they are not the same cameras as on the pro's. They probably should drop the "pro" from the folds name since its not (i pre-ordered anyway lol). This was my favorite video of the event, loved it!
You knocked it out of the park Jason, I would have loved if Google improved the touchscreen keyboard with better copy and past fill and screenshot button on to the touchscreen keyboard instead of a double tab which i\ll probably forget to use and then remember it again and then forget about it later on or accidentally tapping the button and it takes a screenshot of your screensaver etc lol 😂
Your best video. I learned more about the products in your video than I did watching the event. Google cared more about selling Gemini than their actual products. I watched and thumbs up yesterday but felt it was important to add this comment as feedback today
That's amazing feedback, thank you so much for coming back and letting me know! I plan to do more like this when I get the opportunity to go to events like this one.
My wife NEEDS that screenshot app on her 8 PRO…. She is ALWAYS screenshotting things and this would be amazing for her… (I know you can sideload it, but sounds like some are having issues and I can’t go messing up her phone 😂)
I do not like the shiny frame of the P9P models. I hope they adopt matte backs & matte frames on the P10 phones next year. To me, the polished look seems cheap, flashy & fingerprint-y.
Yeah, the shiny quality definitely shows more in the way of fingerprints and smudges, I suppose if you're really good at polishing it regularly it'd look pretty nice! But that's a lot of work.

Thank ya Tay!

Oh, right on! I'm so happy to read this, thank you!
I will let you know as an extroverted person, Jason is a blast to hang out with for us too.
@@eskimozach your making me feel mighty cool right now.
Great video Jason. The screenshot AI feature looks really interesting!
Totally agree!

Oh wow, Matthew. You are incredibly generous. Thank you so very much for this. So happy to have you on board over here!!
That was fantastic Jason, thank you. Very nice format, very well done!!!!
Right on, thanks!
👏🏻 Great job covering _all the things!_ 👏🏻 Editing was excellent, too! 👏🏻
Aww thank you Lu!!
This is great content, I really enjoy this format. Keep it coming Jason!
Right on, will drew! (Get it?)
Brilliant video Jason. Great idea + execution. Enjoyed watching!
Right on Tom! I hope to do more like this!

@@Techisamazing10 thank you! Yeah that Steelseries video didn't do so hot hahaha
Great video! This was a very entertaining window into what it was like to view a Made By Google event! Thanks for letting us into this perspective, Jason!
You bet!
By far the best preview video. Thanks
Oh rad, thank you!
Thx for showing us all this technology and your time. Much appreciated. Thx
Absolutely, thank you for watching!!
thoroughly enjoyed this whole video, very chilled out and interesting the whole way
Rad, I *like* chilled out! Thank you!
It's like a mate telling you the story of the day, thanks Jason
So cool to read this! That was kind of my thought when I mapped it out!
A day in the life of Jason! I really enjoyed this style of video and appreciate your thoughts on it all.
Thanks for coming along for the ride!
Nice one Jason - thanks for your work
You bet, thanks for watching!
During those demos, it looks like they were able to do display out through USB -C. Has that always been there?

Thank you for including Chapter Marks in your videos. That really helps! Is that done manually, or is AI already capable of doing that?
TH-cam AI CAN do it, but it's never as good as the manual approach.
This was such an enjoyable video. I watched AF first and now the dragons make much more sense 😂
I had dragons on the mind!
Great stuff. I really enjoyed this video ❤
Thank you!

And I would tell Google to create a Video Streamer hub that can play directly onto TH-cam via VLC Player.
Informative and entertaining. Well done, Jason! Get some rest.
What's that?!

Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed your vlog. I appreciate Google products. Blessings on your day.
Thanks Jeff!
What are you talking about, they are absolutely sacrificing on the cameras on the Fold.
Yeah I got that wrong, I'll make up for it in the review. Thanks for watching!
PEONY the flower pronounced
Pee-uh-nee!
I have a habit of mispronouncing things.
@Techsploder you are not the only TechTuber who pronounced it they way. Jaime Rivera from Pocket Now did it, too!
I just subscribed to your channel. Great job!!!
Yay, one atta time! Appreciate you watching and being here!
My wife NEEDS that screenshot app on her 8 PRO…. She is ALWAYS screenshotting things and this would be amazing for her… (I know you can sideload it, but sounds like some are having issues and I can’t go messing up her phone 😂)
Oh she'd probably love the app. I'm really enjoying it the more I commit to it.
s24 ultra vs pixel 9 pro xl??
Hard to say but I'm sure I will have thoughts once I get the XL for review!
By far my favourite video from you. But me being a Google freak might have something to do with it.
Haha well I'll take it any way I can get it!

4-Tet
I know right?
AI why change the name?
Google assistant has now evolved I get it but could have left it the same
What's after
Apollo ?
Marketers gotta market!
