On a circle path, how can invert the text at the bottom to flip so that it's not upside down?

When I do this, my fonts are in all caps. Caps lock is not on. I have tried several fonts. Any thoughts?
Tried the custom path tool and only the first two letters of what I typed show up on the image, but I can see all the text on the layer?
could it be that your path line was too short or the font to large?
