The concrete building example was exactly what I needed to create words on "rock" for my logo. This was easy to follow and easy to listen to because you don't have a bunch of distracting music and video editing that makes it difficult to watch. Clean and simple with a few extra tips is the PERFECT way to teach something. Defintely a thumbs up and subscription.
After going through a couple of videos on Vanishing Point, i find this particular video most informative and easy to understand. Thanks for your effort.
Sir, You are simply awesome. Showed us how to do it and then took us through some advanced examples as well! Your subscriber for life! Keep them coming!! Lots of love from India!

THANK YOU!!!!!! This was an amazing tutorial. I had a crazy project that I really could not have figured out with out this video...Subscribed!! Thanks again!
I already watched a lot of video on that topic but difficult to understand. finally I got 100% clearity seeing your video. Its very very easy presentation. thanks. Best of luck

This is the last video that I needed to transfer from my other channel...it had over 60k views, but I had to kill it and move it over here to this channel. Thanks for the support!
Amazing tutorial! I never would have thought that I will need this technique to upgrade my photos, but here I am, very thankful that I watched your tutorial, first in line! A LOT of hidden gems for the non-conoseurs, like me> :D

Very helpful video, thank you! But what if I want to change the perpective or the pasted image position in the vanishing point window? Because once I left, I can not change anything. Did I do something wrong?
thanks man I watched the whole video and is amazing, im having a problem pasting though. nothing I copy pastes. I make a new layer and make new vanishing points and nothing pastes. is there anything you can recommend doing? thanks!
@@thisguydoesphotoshop I did but that didn’t work, I figured it out. Apparently, it’s not the same pressing at the layer/object and pressing command/control-C and then pasting You have the press the layer/ object and then COMMAND/ CONTROL - A to Select ALL And then paste.
im desperately trying to paste in a pattern to a vanishing point ive created. when i do so the vanishing point window just becomes white with the area in perspective marked in blue box... cant i paste patterns in vanishing points?
Hey, that's all cool and stuff, but what if i already put my logo in the vanishing point, closed the window. How can i resize the logo then? Or drag it to a other position without losing the benefit of vanishing point?
tried it multiple times, but when i hit cntrl V to paste it, nothing pastes into the vanishing point filter window. cntrl V works fine to paste the image on a normal layer, not using the vanishing point tool. what am i missing? i'm on a mac, so it's actually Command+V I'm doing...help!
Is it possible to resize the grid inside the box in just one axis? In the gallery example at 5:00 you can see that the grid elements aren't square, they're stretched horizontally. But there is just one grid size option for both axis...
how about mixing to pictures of two separate people in two separate photos. Is that possible to bring the people together into the same picture with the proper perspective? (I realise the composition is a separate issue)

Same-it seems to be a very destructive tool, and you can't preserve anything using a smart object either. Super frustrating.
hi. im your new subscriber. thanks for the tuts!

🔥👌
nice tutorial keep it up.....!
Thanks. Will do!

hi i had the same problem, i was soo maddd at it. So i ve found out that you have to select the object with selecting tool
Did you try what Gia said? Try selecting the object/graphic/etc first, then copying, then pasting. Let me know if that works?

why does it keep merging the layer with the background after the vanishing point
if I go with cmd+v the image disappears.... what can I do??
Try shift+cmd+v
how about mixing to pictures of two separate people in two separate photos.
Is that possible to bring the people together into the same picture with the proper perspective?
