I’m currently healing from strep. Never had this in my life. Getting better now since i’m on antibiotics. Boy i didn’t realize how serious this can be. It’s definitely very painful. Body aches and chills. My heart was also beating irregularity on top of the painful neck and throat. I also had major night sweats and severe migraine. I thought it was covid so i refused to go to the doctor. I’m glad my family convinced me to go.
In my situation it's not just the painful soar throat which makes me feel pain when I drink or eat but also my nose. It's been 3 days now and I can't sleep at all because my nose won't let me breath. It also has thick mucus not just my throat.
I’ve had an extensive history of strep throat. Once, the only symptom I had was lower back pain, but my doc knew my history so he tested me for strep and it was positive! He decided that somebody in my household (my ex, me and 6 kids) was a carrier. He put us all on antibiotics and I finally got rid of it!! Very dangerous stuff, my friend lost his aortic valve in his heart from undiagnosed strep!!

Bro I just had strep troat for the first time in my life and omg it’s Fkn worse the Covid-19. I gave up on the 3rd day and went to the er
I had covid in oct and it was bad and now I have strep for thr first time this week and it is way worse

I’m 26 and this shits been fucking me up. on a cycle of antibiotics right now but yea I got a pretty decent immune system and this shit is pretty bad
