Louka’s approach is the correct approach 😂
I think Louka could teach Willis a thing or two about how to play this game the way it should be played.
The ire in Willis voice within 5 minutes of building with Louka.

would highly recommend songs of syx, foundation, pioneers of pagonia, clanfolk, dwarf fortress might be a quirky and classic one to throw in there and against the storm! can't wait to see workers though its my absolute fav city builder!
Against the Storm and Foundation are 100% going to be happening soon - 2 of my favourite recent city builders.
Songs of Styx I'm interested in, keen to dive in but I think Louka will hate it (kind of how I'm expecting workers and resources to go!)
Clanfolk and Dwarf Fortress are a maybe - in an ideal world this series works out and we can move to ranking every colony sim - in which case definitely!
(I already own and have played a bunch of pioneers, would want to wait for it to be further in its EA cycle before ranking it, but it'll definitely make an appearance)
@WillisBorker I think songs will be somewhat unique, if you show her all the aurochs I think it'll go better :D
DotAge would be an interesting city builder to look at considering it's a rogue-like city building game
I actually never tried DotAge but everyone says I would love it (big fan of roguelikes and worker placement board games)

I would be curious to see you do Kainga: Seeds of Civilization... I wishlisted it because it reminded me of Populous: The Beginning (If for no other reason than the civilians jump up and down in a similar way) and it has an interesting moving city element
I've haven't seen that one before - added it to the list! Anything that has Populous vibes is good with me.
If you like moving cities games, The Wandering Village is another one we'll be covering soon and that's a really interesting title.

It's a reward from an event - I've had it a few times so I think it's quite common (or I'm quite lucky)
