Once Again Upon A Time | Fabledom - Part 1 (Fairy Tale City Builder - Full Version)

- Fabledom returns to the channel with the full version of the game, so expect a lot of fun fairy tale city building shenanigans! All good stories begin somewhere and ours begins here.
Oh, and before we go any further, apologies for my slightly croaky voice in this video, my throat was really quite sore!
Princess Betty returns as the Princess of CupboardVale and we immediately get to work building our new settlement. We start with a few homes and a woodcutter before moving on to some more different buildings.
Our farm is a peasant's dream because it grows many delicious cabbages! Yum! As CupboardVale grows more and more people join us which means we're able to get a granary working and also we open an inn!
One of our main goals is to get to the world map so we can do a spot of romance with the other leaders out there but unfortunately I misunderstand a tiny detail about our Messenger's Guild building which causes a bit of a delay.
Also we get some Secret Santa presents, we build a few beehives and we find many interesting things out on the map...

Build an Army to protect your kingdom
Make it rain coins on your Fablings by building a Mystic Mine but do so at your own expense as trolls have an appetite for such endeavor. Gather your army and hero to protect your kingdom from their malicious invasion!
Tales of trades, feuds and partnerships
Build your economy, exchange rare resources to grow and evolve. Fabledom offers numerous ways to interact with other kingdoms. How you handle diplomacy will shape your progress.

Fun fact, I'd been trying to record my blood pressure for the last 10 minutes, but it kept bouncing about the place. I listen to Penge's voice for about 50 seconds, and it immediately settled down at 120/85, which is nearly perfect and very unusual for me. Note to self, try and watch even more Geek Cupboard!

Many chickens either don't lay many eggs or stop completely in winter. It is the change in amount of daylight hours that makes this happen. In order to keep egg production levels up over winter, they need supplemental lighting
So glad for the return of Fabledom. The original play was my intro to your channel.

Hi! I'm so glad you're playing this game again. Love it. Btw, chickens normally do not lay eggs in the winter because they do not get enough daylight hours😂
Beside the sad building class system later in game. I loved the way workers sit in this game. It made me think of real forms of government in this Fairytale land. :)
Many chicken breeds will stop laying in winter, so that's probably why they made it that way. Looks like it turned out good enough. I'll have to pick this up later in the year.

The houses only need a 4x4 foundation in order to get all the attachments, it makes each well stretch farther
