My favorite pro runner is David Rudisha just becuase he’s absolutely the 800m GOAT and the smooth strides and incredible races are so mind blowing to watch.
My favorite track and field athlete is Joey Berriatua. His drive and passion to improve alongside his Tinman teammates is unmatched. He is compassionate, humble, AND he has great style. Not to mention his dope stache😤
Currently, my favorite track runner has got to be Su Bingtian. His drive to continue improving and his motivation to break barriers and expectations inspires me.

My favorite professional runner is Jim Walmsley. He's a 3x winner at the Western States 100 miler (one of my favorite race's to watch in the summer); he holds the Western States 100 course record with a time of 14 hours, 9 minutes, 28 seconds; he has the second fastest road 100k in history with a time of 6 hours, 9 minutes, and 26 seconds; and he can somehow run a 2:12 marathon even though he does most of his training for ultras in the mountains.
Congrats on the baby! MY fav runner is Zersenay Tadese, he’s always worked like Rocky, not a huge team, but still having amazing output, him being in the breaking 2 project was a joy to watch

My favorite distance runner is Dave Wottle. The way he went from last to first in the final lap in the 1972 Olympics to capture the gold was incredible!

I have a brother 12 years younger than me and he was born at 28 months at 2 lbs 1ounce, so ik how small those pre me’s can be.
Also, my favorite runner is Mick Stanovsek because I met him at NEO camp and he talked about balancing academics and running, so I’ve always admired that and his work ethic

The best runner IMO is Eliud Kipchoge b/c of his versatility from a mile (3:50) to the marathon (2:01:09). Absolutely Insane I strive to be like him.

Seb Coe is my favorite runner at the moment. His range was pretty crazy and he’s one of the best middle distance runners of all time.
My favorite runner would have to be a mixture of you @Clayton Murphy and the Young brothers. Watching both of yall's videos helped me take a lot of things away from yall's training. This was during a time when I wasn't running the times I wanted and started to feel like giving up on running. I had put in the hard work and I wasn't seeing results while other people on my team would skip long runs on the weekends and not try during track sessions and they would be the ones seeing results. Eventually I was able to have a race where I finally pr'd in the 800m, the only event I mostly cared about, and that was enough for me to keep running a little longer. My times were nowhere near where I wanted, but by the end of that season I ran a 2:12. Not great, but I could be mad with it. The next year I started watching your videos along with the Young brothers. Y'all talked about a lot of things to help running performance. Over the next year I fixed my diet, improved my mindset, and put in the work. I got my 1600m time from 5:20 the previous year to a 4:53, I went from a 12:30 2 mile to 10:52, and I was able to run a 2:05 in the 800m. Greatest feeling ever. Also the day I got back from the meet where I ran the 2:05, there was a video by you and the Young brothers for me to watch.😂

My favorite runner is Jakob Ingebrigtsen. As a high school runner who recently found a love for running, I watched many videos and came across Ingebrigtsen. He was really inspiring to me. I watched any video of him I found. Clayton Murphy is also such an inspiration and gives so many helpful tips. During my track season, I considered myself a decent 800m runner. Currently running XC to keep in shape. Also, congratulations Clayton!

I am a poor high school sophomore living on the streets. My coach says that I need to run a 4:32 mile and he will get me a weeks supply of food. Some dragonflies would definitely help with that. Please think of me when considering who to give them to.
