I love this recipe! I’ve made it twice now. I added some finely sliced shallots. I think you could add lots of things, but as a basic beef stir fry recipe, it’s great!!!!
@@majestic6303 well it also depends on how thick / thin the cuts are, so keep in mind for that. the thinner the quicker the time. but marinating meat is a time sump, and a lot of cases places do be having meats per-marinated depending on what it is.

How long do you marinade the beef?
Usually for a good enough marinade 3-4 hours, but better results at 6-8
