I love how he reconnected the emotions he had from his Spiderman movie to that scene... it's as if his tragedy as Spiderman was real (since we know this was just acting) He made me feel the pain of relieving the fresh pain of the memory of Gwen's death in this scene... 😭 and The way (Tom) Peter looked like it had dawned on him that he could have been that (Andrew) Peter if he(Andrew) wasn't there to catch MJ after he failed... 🤧🤧
I love that No Way Home redeemed Andrew's spidey for everyone. I always preferred his over Tom, but Tom's grew on me. Andrew Garfield has such an AMAZING talent with acting.. his face when he caught Tom's MJ.. you can SEE in his eyes dude. You can visibly SEE him reliving the memory, and being relieved that he caught mj, that he succeeded this time. You can SEE the relief, the stress, the pain of what happened to him, and the guilt that he wasn't able to save Gwen mixed with slight self hatred for saving MJ but not Gwen, wishing he had been able to save Gwen, but made peace with it to an extent, glad he's able to have made up for it in a way, by saving MJ, preventing another Spidey from suffering his fate.
When MJ started falling a.k.a. Zendaya, Tom Holland, try to save her but was swiped away by the villain, so Andrew Garfield saved her instead and then sent him back to the flash back when he couldn’t save Gwen, Stacy heartbreaking😢❤
