No I started playing at about 8yrs by learning rock n roll music [ my brother was into Elvis etc ], then moved onto Beatles, Bob Dylan [ the first fingerpicking I ever learned was Dylans ' Girl of the North Country' followed by Don't Think Twice. Then I heard Segovia playing Bach's 'Chaconne' and thats when my interest in classical guitar started.
