The Thar is just an old-licensed Jeep. FCA, Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, who owns Jeep, tried to sue Mahindra once they brought the Roxor over. However, the Roxor is more similar to old CJ style Jeeps than modern Fiat Jeeps in my opinion!

First saw the roxor a couple of weeks ago when i stopped by my local powersports store in MS to pick up some oil and filter for my Teryx 750. At first glance as i pulled up i thought someone was just selling a used CJ. haha. But the more i looked at it and asked a little on it i immediately left and when and looked up reviews and specs on these. I have to say i am impressed. i dont ride out to parks as much as i used to in the younger years. My Teryx is more of a farm buggy but i love it and it has been a real good Side by Side. With the tow rating these have and the upgrades coming out. I think i may have found a new toy to invest in. Good video too. Never been to that park but always here good things of it.

I loved seeing clips of other people trying it out and seeing their reaction. I feel like you would get the most honest reviews and thoughts if you keep letting people try it. I would love to see the roxor take off as a major platform. The more people that love it, the more parts and accessories companies will make for it.

I have a Gator HPX, the first year. it is sooo much plastic and now needs a flywheel and stator. it has cost me a ton over the past 12 years to keep it going. I think a ROXOR is gonna be my next workbeast around the woods here.

Very Great off-roading vehicle, I been wondering what the hell was these damn thing was; instead of getting the Polaris 1000, this would be a great upgrade from my current 2008 Suzuki Vision 500 4x4.
I love the buildup. The performance is really good. The issues I see are locking Differentials and ground clearance. I grew up in older 70s CJs so watching these videos is a wonderful thing for me. My dad used to change the gearing through the transfer case, and though I haven't really looked at a Roxor's design, I was wondering if you might could do that seeing as you said the gearing wasn't quite on par with the performance you have gotten out of the engine.
I want one ... I wouldn’t have the tractor type tires on it but an aggressive KO3 type mud tire. I dig the look and the entire package. Pretty cool of you to let him test drive it.
Love watching your videos, just recently picked up a grey roxor le and started adding parts like manual locking hubs and soon will get a posi for the front end and limited slip for the rear. If I can get a set of tires like you have the thing should just about be unstoppable

Pretty cool! Looking at the spec sheet I am surprised to find out this is a 2.5 Liter engine. Lots of 'headroom' for power there! And probably long term reliability! Too bad it's off road only though I heard someone has added the necessary lights to make it street legal though in what state who knows?
This might be added to my buy list. Be perfect with a custom cage and a 4-link setup. Would be able to have a true small scale rock crawler instead of plastic wrapped IFS junk with rubber bands.
It's getting there I would weld the rear spider gears hit things in 2nd gear instead of 1st and stand on the skinny pedal let the rooster tails fly but that's just me yours is still nice as long as it does what you want it to that's all that matters
When you pour money into these they remind me a 4bt swap but it's build should last longer than rzrs ECT because it's a vehicle not a sidexside build they have leaf springs motor drive shafts ect.
I have a $5000 1974 Jeep CJ 5 that has a built 360, lockers , 4" suspension & 33" mud tires and a Warn 8274 winch. Its very nice looking , very capable in mud , snow & dirt. Up hills , washboard dirt roads and light to light sprints . Its street & highway legal and a Genuine Jeep . These people spending close to $20,000 for the Roxor are just dumb since so much more can be had for so much less that buying one of these Roxors makes a very unflattering statement about its owners Intellect or lack there of !
She deff goes pretty damn good I'm impressed omce you get the lockers looks only thing I see bieng a issue is the ground clearance.. roxor is excellent recovery vehicle since it weighs quite a bit
Super cool, currently you are just missing the right gear ratio, lockers and a transfer case tummy tuck. The UTVs will always have an upper hand in slush as they are less bulky, the roxor is like a mud mover, flattening out the whole path behind it..

These are pretty sweet, I've been a Polaris tech for over 20 years and they are hard to beat but I really really like these things alot especially the price! Can you get doors or a cab kit for them?
How are they with rock crawling or in deep mud? Do you need to re gear it to run bigger tires and get more clearance? I like them and want one but nobody has any information about how good they are and modifying them to do more .

Uyou can use any dana 44 locker just need the spacer
Just swap the whole diff assembly with hilux's diff, got a built in lockers on that

I can't believe these things don't ship with a locking rear. Only hardcores need to lock the front but an open rear is ridiculous.

At the time in this video that you watched, the machine didnt have locking diffs. I have now upgraded and have ox lockers front and rear!
