I see you must have found another place to store your boat so you have more room in the shop. Cool upgrades. Amazing the technology that can be applied to vehicles today.
Is the rear diff a "one-legger" or is it a posi/limited slip/whatever their proprietary term might be? If you swap the ring and pinion for 4.88s and you have an open diff it might be worth seeing if you can also swap the carrier to send power to both wheels back there. LOL so much for the "easy" bolt-ons! Bonus points if you put an air locker in the front too. Remember to do 5-tire wheel rotations so you wear them all out evenly and can get the 5th (spare) swapped out to the larger size at the same time... jeez it's been years since I've done a 5-tire rotation. Of course make sure the spare mount can handle the extra extra weight without cracking apart on rough roads. Might need to reinforce?

I deleted mine and stage 2 tune from Gilomen innovations and put a rx44 turbo in on it probably sitting around 130 is horsepower well worth it next I’m putting the intercooler on it
Great video. Are you looking at upgrading the air cleaner system in some way? I just changed my air filter and was not impressed with the rubber hoses that connect to the turbo. If any of those hoses allow dirty air in, I could see the engine getting dusted.
I've not heard of one single issue on the forums with other people doing this. Most of them have a lot more miles on their Roxor than I do. Also, this same engine was used in the mahindra thar overseas for a very long time. Those came from factory already tuned and running over 100hp.
very interesting makes for good content! just remeber rolling coal = $$$$$! i wish some people around here would understand that! fuel and repair bills on a diesel are not cheep! thanks for keeping it simple!
These still get excellent milage. I am not too concerned about breaking anything, these same engines overseas make near this same horsepower stock. For some reason they are tuned very weak for the USA market.
Good review of installation....thanks for the info. Boys and their toys...lol...have fun.

Metal dust and boats don't mix. I had to put it under my pole barn. I needed the room anyway.
Nice upgrade, Andrew. Good bang for your buck, I'd say!
hello Mr Doug hope all is well!
I think so too, a huge increase for $400 is worth it to us.
How much impact do you think all that will affect your MPG (assuming you keep your foot out of it)?
I still get close to 30 MPG, it for sure hurts it.

Rear is open, they do make manual and electric lockers for these. I want one, but can't justify it right now.

The ecm when purchased rebuilt or new from e- bay or factory has to be programmed to the vehicle and vin number before it will work.
Thank you, sounds aggravating.

How will this affect reliability and longevity of the motor?

@TheKelleysReviews thats awesome. These look so utilitarian and basic I love it
I'm looking for a used roxor with straight shift. Is there one out there for a reasonable price?
