As a former USAF crew chief on F-111's Nice moves chief!! It's an F-16 Fighting Falcon. A little squirrelly about the salute, the thumbs up and plane release. All in all he loves his job!! I loved being a Crew Chief as well, no better feeling watching your plane you just spent days crewing roll out and take off...
I absolutely love it that every deck person has their own signature sendoff moves and the pilots respond with some of the same hand signals. It looks like each pilot has a different "hand dance". I think it would be pretty cool to create a bond between pilot and deck crew. Thank you for keeping us safe ❤️🇺🇸💙
