      This seems like a great way to set up automatic workflows if you work in sales and are managing a lot of clients. I'm going to use the automatic due date feature for follow ups for sure! Thanks for the tutorial!

    Thanks for this awesome video. One thing you might want to add is that the schedule feature is only available if you upgrade to at least a Trello Gold account.

      I would like to get your opinion on using Trello for managing the daily tasks of an electrician and coordinating a team of 10 people.
      Thank you in advance for your feedback and advice.

    This video was really useful for a novice like me. Do you have any tips on whether it is best to make each team member for the same project a separate board? Since each of their task lists are quite involved? And if so can I as the project manager have a way of overseeing all the 'boards' aka team members at a glance? Please advise or point me in the direction of a similar set up/template/video blog. Thanks again :)

    Thanks for this video. Do you know of a rule that automatically assigns a certain time of day to any card with an assigned due date? I would like to automatically assign "11:55 PM" to any card with a due date.

    Is there a way to synchronize cards between personal a team boards ? Like when when task is moved to "completed" on personal, it will be the same on team.

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      As long as you are using the same Trello account for both boards, then yes this should work.

    when an item is added to checklist "Task Lists" by anyone, convert the item to a linked card, set custom field "Project Name" to "{triggercardname}", and move the card to the top of list "Todo Lists"

    I have applied butler automation to our board with rules, board buttons and card buttons. Right about the time we implemented it, Trello mobile doesn't automatically sync anymore and would have to click the sync button manually. Setting for auto sync is also turned on. Is that normal to have to do it manually or is there some settings that needs to be changed in trello mobile?

    Hi Simpletivity!
    Thank you so much for your Trello videos. They have been really useful.
    However, I can't find the Butler power-up. I don't know if it is because I have the latest version. Do you know a similar Power-up app?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity  ปีที่แล้ว

      Butler is no longer a power-up but is built right into Trello. It is now just referred to as Automation. I hope that helps!

      No, Butler is designed to automate processes within Trello. However, you could use it in connection with something like Zapier to create an invoice in another program.

      Just enter a new item below the last item on the checklist. You can then drag it to a different position if desired.
