Leila, Microsoft should be paying you millions of dollars. You are always so on top of this stuff, and the way you present it, it's just instantly useful. You've single-handedly saved hundreds of hours of tedium in my office just because of one class of yours I took on Udemy.

Thank you Leila. You're truly a Godsent. I actually attended a class on RPA to learn this but those tools cost quite a pretty penny and most require some form of subscription. With power automate, it'll just be a one time investment of a sufficiently powerful computer. Based on what I've seen you do, it seems almost similar though this seems more intuitive. I was actually talking to my boss a couple of days ago about web scraping and how we could possibly use power query to do it but you just brought this up to the next level! Thanks again for this video.

I've also had this problem with a few websites using not just Power Automate but any macro or webscraping tool. I run into the problem mostly with websites that allow you to download a very large number of records but with the constraint you can only download them in chunks of records at a time. For example, 250,000 record in chunks of 250 records a time. After you've downloaded each chunk of 250 records, you have to reenter initial criteria to get the next 250. So you'd need to do this 1,000 times to get all the data. I can usually webscrape the first 250 ok with a tool like Power Automate (which helps somewhat), but whichever app or macro I use, it freezes after the first loop and cannot do the 2nd or subsequent scrape of the next 250. It may very well be, as you suggest, some type of block.

I do web scraping as job. I know why exactly these tools still dont work best for everyone
      1. Gets Harder the complicated the website structure gets
      2. Requires above average technical knowledge, not for everyone
      3. Requires constant investigation. Even if you get it working a few times in some examples, it fails at others
      4. Will not tackle website blockage, anti blocking mechanism, captcha solving etc.
      5. No data validation
So, This stuff is still extremely hard .. but useful for very simple automations
This thing is, like saying that apple is trying to replicate DSLR features and power in its iphone, but sure it will let everyone scrape simple data now, it will increase burden on web traffic and websites though
