We took the Thunder jet boat out to pull some “ pinkies “ ( spot prawns )
Loaded up the bait containers with fish pellets, cat food and liquid stink bait. We dropped the traps into about 375 ft of water looking for the spot prawns. Using 6 traps and 3 rope and balls set up. All the balls had names and phone numbers on them. We went fishing targeting chinook or king salmon we caught 2 jacks and released them as it’s all catch and release in area 13. Please check your regulations for openings. Went back and pulled 154keeper spot prawns and one small octopus 🐙

Enjoy the video I fish prawns close by .you had low count because of the octopus bad luck to keep it :P haha i dont know just blowing smoke .last year i was 380' for them this year 240-280 and they are Jumbo i get 80-120 from my 4 traps over night soak they are large so its worth it i suppose .

Thanks I have been out twice and both times found the big ones in shallower also. In the years past we would get the limit out there every time but the last few years not. We got a lot of smalls in the traps this time also!
