Once again we are back in Wangsa Maju and we are literally documenting the increase of density of projects within this address. All developers are trying to best to leverage on the charm of Wangsa Maju, that is just superb in convenience and connectivity to KL City Center. However, the downside to that would be the noise and congestion that comes with it.
I am a fan of their new approach to their facilities treatment, where they are relocating their 'fancy' areas upfront to the customer experience. For eg would be the garden space with water body and pavilion is placed right in front of the guardhouse. Technically it would make more sense to be located within the facilities deck, but impression wise this is more strategic.
Also, I hope ALL developers to adopt their friendly design approach to level differences. Starting all the way from the lobby drop-off to the bathroom within the unit, there are no harsh drop in floor level at all. That just demonstrates their level of attention to details. Another example would be the door frame at the lobby to properly store the fire door to keep them open.
Just that I am still very confused about 2 things:
1. How come so many sprinklers at such a concentration is required?
2. Why don't they have garden units since space are in abundance at the facility deck?
To be honest as an owner of this project, I would not recommend Sunway property at all given the bad quality from their sub-contractors. I heard they used to be good, but now if you purchased high floor unit you will know, they did not care about quality at all, hollow tiles, irremovable stain, bad timber flooring, all of those defects have no progress at all after > 3 weeks 😂
Obviously my first property in cyberjaya which cost only 350k does much better job than this piece of garbage. I thought paying them >850k can get a more decent unit, what a bad decision 😂
P/s: i don’t mean to offend but speaking from my actual experience, I will do a an actual footage of my house once I have time. Meanwhile, please stay away from this project at all cost 😅
Stunning development in the heart of Wangsa Maju. The 99 Speedmart, Mynews, Anytime Fitness, restaurants etc in the commercial area downstairs make it a lot more convenient! 😃
Was suprised to see anytime fitness opening there. I wonder if they have special rates for Avila's residents?

why would anyone pay 2.8-3k for such a small unit? The rental range doesnt make sense when there's so much competition around 🤔

What happens if the fire sprinkler in my unit actually goes off (false alarm)? Everything will be soaking wet and I will be responsible to absorb all the damages?
Fire sprinklers will not work that way I think?
Fire sprinkler will only trigger in the affected area by certain heat
In my country, ceiling of the car park is atleast 3 meters high and the utility pipes are concealed by using decorative materials fitted with fancy lightings and the car park floor is covered with pavement tiles.
