Hello, what is the actuator min position and fail direction of Perkins 4.4twgm generator? The fuel pump is Delphi dp210. The setting value is min & fail CCW. I don't understand the current set value. If it's ccw mode, I think it's max fuel position.
I solved it. Your video helped me a lot. It was very difficult because the setting values of the two generators of the same model were different. After testing the actuator alone with a function generator, I understand how it works. When the fuel pump rack moves to the front (clockwise), it is in the "FUEL STOP" state, and on the REAR (counterclockwise-FREE) side, it is in the "FUEL FULL SUPPLY" state.@@benzblogsVlogs

Sir just simple go and check the enjection pump if this is convertable in 50-60 hz thin if its ok thin do conguration for the lseries if you want 60 hz just follow that bedio and its work
@@benzblogsVlogs the motor generator is at 1800 rpm 60 hrz with a delphi dp210 pump the L series actuator was stolen we recently acquired 1 but we do not have the calibration file for that actuator, the engine is a perkins 1104 turbo

Do one thing to make it easy if you have flash file direct flash thin reset it its gone
