Dear Rahdo, I would love for you to do a more complete (and spoilery) playthrough of thiss legacy game. :)
Looks like eldritch horror except there are 4 crystals and shop from another game. The mechanic of taking those 4 crystals and buying the same card for like 5 times in a row looks very dry
You are my Spirit. Animal. I am 46 and am only just now poking my head up after giving up on Magic the Gathering 20 years ago. The concept of Legacy gaming, with unique character building blows my mind. I know nothing about you other than that I want you to review/run through every important event in my life. Honestly, I was surprised by how “happy” I was to see some other older-ish dude be sincerely geeked out on something is a way that actually made me feel the same as when my friends and I got into Battletech, paintball, etc. Great technical review, great fllow to your presentation. By the way, I want to throw my money at this...do you know the best, fastest, etc., way to get the most recent iteration of the Legacy game? Would it be a waste to buy 2nd edition to tide me over to Legacy?I wonder what kind of progression, if any, I would be able to carryover. Not that it would really matter, just curious.
Anyway, really hope you are still doing these reviews and all is well. If you do read this I would appreciate any information on the makers of this game and the availability of the product. What you have shown is pretty dang cool. Take care.
At 1130 when you are talking about prepping spells on a closed breach. Don't you have to focus that breach before you can cast a spell on it?

18:18 When you draw back up, you pick up all 5 cards, shouldn't you only have drawn 4? Since you kept 1 card, and hence not be able to prep the next spark on your second turn.
He didn't keep one card... he talked about doing it by buying a cheaper card but he ended up buying a card for all 4 Crystals and the Spark was prepped in the opened Gate, so he played all cards
Ah yes my bad. He just talked so much about it, I automatically assumed that was what he did.
Is that correct you can hold on to a card you didn't use for the next round? If it is I haven't been playing that way at all this whole time. Or is it new to legacy?
nope, it's always been that way, so you've been making stuff tougher on yourself! :)

Not only are you allowed to hold onto gems and relics, but you HAVE to hold onto spells if you don't have a breach to prep them in. It makes a pretty big difference if you're dealing with sparks.
Is there a way to ask them to add more languages(even with a stretch goal) ? This game looks really good but with the story being in english I wouldn't be able to play it with my friends.

Aeon is the name of the world the game is set in, and so is pronounced however the people living there pronounce it. According to devs rahdo is correct. :)
