    This is the kind of videos ATP needs!!! To give the fans a better insight into the player's process of training and recovering can help us feel more engaged, interested, and sometimes even more empathic with what we see on court. This is much better than some of the highlight videos we've seen lately.

    Videos like these show how complex and complicated Tennis sport at professional level is. The range of body movements required in Tennis is second to none!

    Tennis players do not reveal their workout and they never will. It's just a small part of what they do compiled into a video.

    agreed; this is very interesting stuff. personally, i grimaced when i saw someone's knees being rotated! there's no way i'd let anyone do that to my knees cuz i've got bad knees :-)
