JOURNALISTS deserve to ROT IN HELL as God is my witness. They can take the money they make and shove it up their butt. It's been a year now since the poor man's trial, plea bargain, completed without incident. Now the family is considering relocation - so grandkids leave three grandparents behind. Fock the Journalists Fock the sherif Fock the DA & Fock the Judge. They're all making money in bed together. 🇺🇸 supposed to be "innocent til proven guilty" I don't know where we could have headed this off.. y'all better be kissing sheriff's button if you live in a generational community. it felt like this had some momentum. And with his car being similar to that in the womans memory of the girl getting into, we were wondering if there maybe a twist. He was in a bit of turmoil. Then, all of a sudden he see's the funny side of things, after confronting the farmer, and the whole film kind of melts. He goes home happy, that now he's taking things lighter, he goes back to work. And then the real killer is found, and things all align perfectly, hmm.
maybe that's a theme- if you're innocent, don't become a victim, stay positive, live you're life, and things may just work out.

It's when one had (nearly) lost something, that it becomes much more precious? Besides, people are different; with some completely addicted to their work - where they escape to - instead of dealing with other important aspects of their lives.

Yes, modern inventions like cell phones, and DNA testing certainly do help a lot to make police investigations more efficient. Previously it was far more challenging to solve crimes, which is why as many cases went cold.

The only things you should ever say to the police...
What is your name and badge number?
Am I being detained? If so, what crime do you suspect me of? If not, am I free to go?
Am I under arrest? If so, what for?
I'm invoking my right to remain silent. (you have to say this now instead of just staying silent)
    I want a lawyer.
    Then, STFU!

The press or media shouldn't know anything about someone who is merely a suspect. They should only be provided information when an arrest is made and the DA believes there is enough solid evidence to indict.

You can be accused & indighted on Felony charges, easily!A ham sandwich can be charged once a jury has been sequestered & will not be released until the defendant has been remanded & charged!Even law enforcement friends will avoid you to prevent charges being associated by association.Once accused most lawyers will immediately go for the plea agreement & threaten the defendant. This is a common travesty most people are unaware of until it happens
