24 seconds ago, RIP Kobe, excited to watch the video. I’m an 8th grader about to start highschool ball today. Thanks for all the videos, they really enhances my skill and IQ and I’ll make sure to say something when I make it to the NBA. God bless
Please say something to all of us, “free tickets!” I’m Jk seriously to see an eight grader obviously studying the game like you, surely you will do well wherever you end up. Good luck young buc!
bro on each play lebron had three different options and they were all good options to i read every single one correctly i you go back and re watch he has so many options
If you think these reads are easy, you’re right, they’re easy to make when you have the full angle of all 10 players and there’s not a a world class athlete trying to interrupt the pass and another one right in for t of you trying to make the reads harder
We also have to give respect to how much harder it is to make these reads at eye level as opposed to us looking at video of it and how fast everything is unfolding on court.
In the First Clip, if he cant take the help defense like Rudy Gobert he could pass to Howard but if plumlee did not help but his defender is someone like kawhi he could swing out to Danny green
being a pass first player tho is what triggers the ability to make reads when you need to. Lebron is always looking to pass once he jumps into the air I notice. He likes passing more than he does anything else. I have seen him celebrate more when a teammate makes a shot after he passes it to them than when he scores on his own
1- hit Caruso in the corner 2- alley to AD 3-BACK DOWN NO ONE OPEN, AND BUNCHED UP IN CORNER 4-DRIVE TRAFFIC IN AND HIT DANNY AT THE TOP OF THE KEY. MCGEE DUNK WOULD OF BEEN 2ND OPTION 5-HIT MATTHEWS IN CORNER. 6-TAKE IT IN, DRAW THE FOUL
You cannot simply predict by just looking at a picture. Yes you have scenarios you know that can occur but will ultimately depend on how the defense reacts to your actions.
Some of these reads are actually practiced bc players that watch film will start to rehearse the situations. Ex: the pocket pass read is one of the easiest reads in basketball but the hardest to execute. Most ppl won’t know bc they don’t watch film and/or don’t play. It will come off as high IQ bc most guys don’t do it but it’s bc they can’t make the pass on the money with either hand at the split of a second like LeBron can. That’s why him, Luka, harden and a few other be doing under the leg pocket passes. They are freaks.
LeBron's basketball IQ is off the charts, and you combine that basketball IQ with those athletic skills, and that is what makes him the GOAT. LeBron is playing 2 dimensional chess out on the court, he through his basketball IQ makes a lot of marginal basketball players look good. A lot of people want to hate on LeBron because he makes the right basketball play instead of playing hero ball all of the time, but for the people who truly understand the game, watching LeBron play is a great joy.
i will only talk facts he is just like a machine since he became 30 he shoot when its open and pass when he is double and some of his disrespectful fans being toxic and saying he is the goat because he beat mj assist and points but not the rings because and the the fact mj have 3 big team in chicago means he is not the only guy who have the ball and mj always have the ball for a short time only but still get those stats but only care about win not like lebron but that doesnt mean lebron is not good its just not the goat because there are no goat there are only player who know how to play basketball and those who can but dont know how
These are actually pretty predictable. Very often LeBron predicts everyone's position two steps ahead, which is really where his genius shines. Like that that possession where he lobbed it to McGee, he can read within like quarter of a second whether Dame is gonna rotate or not, and if he does, ball goes straight to KCP's hands. We've seen a lotta plays like that by LeBron. We however don't see that from other smart (but often smaller) players too often because they simply don't have the strength to pass the ball right to the shooter fast enough to out-run the opponent's rotation, but not with LeBron's crazy bullet-passes
Hey @Vision Driven Basketball why do you say the perimeter scorer workout is free, but when I go get the link it says 77$ to 97$ am I on the wrong site thank you
When he passes the ball to javale i sae it because of the camera but if i were on the court i had a hole different vision Idk if i would see something like this like lebron on court

I got all of them correct but it's different when you try to make these reads in game because the game is so fast pace
100% takes a lot of practice to do in game
Shouldve made them 3 seconds
And we have a better view of the court.

honestly i love these videos, theyre mad unique and entertaining
These were pretty obvious but then again, watching from a wide camera compared to upfront is way different
Bron's memory helps him recall where his guys are at when he drives and needs to pass.
This is excellent. They are not so easy if you’re doing it realtime.
Bro, this video was really really good
Can you make another???
What’s up, I’m going to follow you for the rest of the year, can you make more workout video’s

Awesome dude thanks for playing it in real time for the first read!! Makes such a big difference!

Yeah it’s crazy. The defense being so focused on LeBron leaves all of the other players in great positions to score.
thank you very much for that
Thanks I learn something new today

We been up !💉🤞🏾
Bro keep making these!!
Can you do a Dame Lillard/Harden one? They are both just so dominant in the Pick and Roll I’m genuinely interested.
Pleeease do more of these
When I took the test I tried to answer eqch 2 seconds or less to really test me. Did pretty good 👍🏿

like im such a Hebron fan that I remember most of these and didn't even have to guess even if they were super easy nice vid though!!!!!!!!!
Great video as always
I got either 4 or 5 right but I gotta be honest, the last one got me good lol 😱
As viewers ,we can make the reads most of the time...but as Bron, damn that vision and IQ is outta this world!!
If you think these reads are easy, you’re right, they’re easy to make when you have the full angle of all 10 players and there’s not a a world class athlete trying to interrupt the pass and another one right in for t of you trying to make the reads harder
Nah They still be easy
I read most of them because I play alot of 2k but ingame is definitely different its fast reaction
This video is fire
This is quite easy. It's just about knowing basic principles. Great vid!
We also have to give respect to how much harder it is to make these reads at eye level as opposed to us looking at video of it and how fast everything is unfolding on court.
These are easy to catch on film, but mapping them out in real time with precision is what makes players like Bron elite.
Love how you do these thanks I got 1 wrong
Thanks coach, helping alot 👍👍

Good analysis. I got 3 right. I missed the passes to the big men.
Do more of these please
These were all very easy. I usually found 2 or 3 options and one of them was always the right one.
Well you have a better view of all the players. Imagine actually doing that while playing on the court against other professional athletes.
I literally know what he gonna do because Ive watched every game that season and this season
Also what type of training should I do when I don’t have a hoop because it’s snowing, and I’m eleven years old. I want to improve my game, thanks!

Yes, thats why he only have one scoring titles.
I got them all right except for the one against the Spurs, I thought he was going to fade instead of post spin.

Yes, it was easy to make the reads. Not so easy to execute the plays, though. The fact he does both so consistently is incredible.
