Great advice, I also would like to add that if u r not a shooter from where u catch the ball or might be struggling at the time, if u catch and aggressive attack from there u can catch the defense off guard cuz most people dont fall back in a real defensive stance. They eventually have to react to u and thats when u counter if necessary and a shot opens up. If u use V or L cuts u can open these opportunities up even easier because even if u not the best shooter the defender will still move with u to account for u...and thats when u take advantage of his positioning. Of course if u can shoot consistently from the perimeter thats great and easier but sometimes it isn't falling and you gotta adjust

Reading the help defense before that catch helps to be able to score as well. It tells you if you need to do a floater, a finish, or just a midrange shot. That means you simplify what you need to think about while you’re driving. It can also tell you if you should move to the side and shoot even if you’re not open on the catch.

Get more out of what you do already. Chances are you aren’t maximizing your time you already spend doing those things. Evaluate what you’re doing and ask yourself if you could be doing it better or brining more intensity to it.

This is true, but the GOAT knew in advance what he was going to do before the defense could even set. So in real life, if you can choose one of your arsenals, there's nothing the defense can do to adjust in time. Unstoppable offense always beats strong defense

The Bad Boy pistons and modern day Warriors were successful against Jordan and the Bulls and LeBron and Cavs because they took out their primary weapon. These coaches knew not all players have that elite scoring ability, so they forced MJ and Bron to use their teammates more = failure
