Thanks for the discount code. Just ordered the S2 Max. Great deal. Hope we catch up with you guys on the water. Tony and Misty Hinson. Palm Coast on “Whole Yachta Love”.
Shel and Cyndi are at it again! This time planning their next adventure by winding in and out of even the tightest of urban areas on their new scooters! Love it!!!! Be careful! :-) Best wishes to you both. Side note: I see scuba tanks on the back of C-Shel! Might there be some Bahamas diving adventures coming up???? I must recommend east of the Exuma's is San Salvador Island. AWESOME wall diving to be had there. PLUS...it's the place the government of Spain deemed that (based on some historical analysis) that Christopher Columbus made landfall in 1492! You could go find the Columbus monument! Just a thought. :-)
We see all kinds of electric transport riding the docks here. One day a guy lost his Segway One Wheel into the water. 😮 Best to take it slow on the docks for sure.
Great video by the way I want to get a scooter but I will only buy one with solid tires I don't care if it's a rough ride I just do not want to deal with flat tires or extra maintenance
Needs some kind of welded on ring so you can lock it up with a chain when you get where your going! Excellent video. It had lots of the info I was looking for.
Good to see the two of still in Florida. Any plans yet for your departure to the islands? Lady Bug is coming along and is back in the water now and we are just finishing up a few things like the bridge enclosure and doubling the solar on the Ashley river. We will be leaving Charleston about Feb 9th when we have to have to give the slip back. Hopefully make the Miami boat show where we hope to see you if you are going. This does not leave us much time to get there though. I hope all is going well with the boat and it is ship shape.
I haven't finished watching the video but early on (~3:30) you said the weight of the scooter is 41.5 lbs or 30.5 kg. I don't think that pound/kilogram comparison is accurate since a kilogram is about 2.2 pounds. The difference between 41.5 pounds and 30.5 kg (67+ lbs) is significant. Can you clarify what the correct weight is? Thx
Thanks! Shore power is no problem of course. The batteries in the scooter are 11.6 AH so I'm assuming it will take at least that out of our batteries if charging from the inverter. It takes 6 hours to fully charge from empty, but we rarely drain it that much, usually only half before we recharge. So 3 hours, and only half the AH. I don't expect it to have much effect on our power management while cruising.
Thanks. There isn't any place we know of that requires a license. Even in places we spend time in where they are restricted (like Toronto) it isn't enforced much.

Great to see another episode from you two. Wishing you two the best.
Thank you Jerry! 🙏
You guys are brave riding those things on the docks. I'd be afraid of making a wrong move and ending up in the drink! Those scooters are pretty cool.

@@SearchingforCShels , I'm just too bad a driver!

Great video guys!! Thanks!
Thanks for watching!

Thanks. Yes a designated place for a bike lock would be a good idea. Though we manage to wrap through the tire or frame when we need to lock.
Very comprehensive thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Used lock tight on the handlebar stem since new and hasn’t been an issue. I figured they might work their way out. My s2 max has been flawless!
Great to hear.

Good to hear you will soon be underway again. Not sure yet if we are going to the Miami show.

Wow, thanks for catching that, I can't believe I did that. It is 41.5 lbs and 19 kg. Sorry about that.
I don't know about anyone else, but I for one would love to see a video about all the mishaps, boo-boos, and oopsies with drones! 🤣🤣🤣
😆
I got one on sale on Amazon I had the S2 it was a good scooter but eventually died. How do I secure it with a lock while I'm away?

@@SearchingforCShels that's the answer I was hoping g for . thank you
Can I use my walker with it?
Around 7.5 knots on average.
Great information. Thanks so much. Have you ever had issues with licenses for driving it or areas where they are not allowed?
