$200 to thrift a new winter wardrobe: thrifting on a budget for 2024 series! PART ONE

I’ve saved up $200 to thrift new clothes this winter: PART ONE!
The rules are: all clothes must be secondhand, I have to stay within my budget and I will do my best to thrift with intention.
This budget needs to last me from December 2023 - March 2024 giving me $50 a month to spend.
