- In this video, I decided to have my beautiful model in ugly, rundown locations. My model, Mariana made these locations just spectacular. It was a really fun session. These were all shot with natural light and no light modifiers.
I shot these photos with the Canon EOS R5 and paired it with both the Canon RF 50mm and 85mm f1.2.

This is a great video, love the content. Thanks for sharing.
Glad to! I’ve had a lot of fun this year creating new video content from my work.
Even tho I shoot 5 days a week at my 9-5 , I do want to find a couple models I could shoot outside of that time. Thanks for your advice and great video as always. Beautiful images Jason
It definitely makes it fun. The chemistry when working with the same person or people can really add to your work and creativity!
Wonderfully done
Thank you!
👍👍👍
Great video. I like your content !
Thank you! I am loving creating it! Keep watching!
I’ve drilled it into my kids that you get out what you put in. So plenty of effort input = better results. That’s true for anything.
I took 7 years away from photography, biggest mistake I ever made.
Wow. 7 years. Yeah. I feel that I’m playing catch-up to time missed.
Amazing Allen. I have z6II, and nowhere near to you. What settings and white balance you set. Colors appears in your photography is really extraordinary. Keep it up. Love your photography.
Thank you so much. I shoot raw and make adjustments as needed in post.
Beautiful content here to learn from 🔥🙌. What software do you use for editing
I use photoshop.
Great advice ❤
Thanks!
Which cameras 📷 do you use for shooting photography
Canon r5
make another video for sigma 105mm 1.4 please 😍😍
Send me the lens and I will. I don’t own a 105mm
@@J.Allen_Photography i don't have 😓😓
Good content, Jason. Consistent shooting is how you become a great photographer. In the youtube shoots with your models do you pay them? Is it TFP or is it based off the relationship you've built with them. At times, it can be difficult getting skilled models to work with you without them expecting payment. Your thoughts?
Yes, yes, and yes to the TFP, pay, relationship question. I’m hoping the channel will become more successful so that I can pay them more. Right now I do what I can and they are very understanding!
It is a pity that you do not indicate where which lens is 50 or 85 mm
If you have some close up portraits of this day ?
You know, I did some closeups but I wasn’t as thrilled with them. I didn’t do as many as I often do though. I’ll step up my closeup game! Thanks for watching and commenting!
It would be nice if you use another lens and more angles. Your vids for models seem the same. For dancers based on their poses, it's different......just think this would make your vids more diverse
Thanks for the feedback. I use the lenses I have and what I’d typically use for a session. 50, 85, and occasionally the 135.
