Thanks! I really dig them. When I did the fronts I either lost a ground or shorted something out as I have zero running lights. It would be a project if things went perfect I guess.
@LuckyAcesRiding I hear ya! It almost never fails. I can do a project and it runs smoothly until nearly the end. Most of the time, I just chalk it up to bad luck but it always works out in the end. Usually makes for a story and proves you can adapt and overcome. Keep moving forward!
Okay I have a question so you did the back ones now if you wanted them on the front as well where would the wires go ? Is there another harness for the front ? or do you wire them directly off the switch of the bike , also a fellow north carolina man so i would appreciate your help alot man.
The color code for the front and rear turn signals are the same. What I did was cut the factory plugs off the front turn signals and splice them to the new turn signals and installed them in the factory location. This video was suppose to include the front signals as well however it was recorded in the heat of summer and my camera got too hot and shut down part way through. I installed the rear fender the same day and after being in the heat for a few hours I was just ready to be done.
A previous owner installed LED bulbs in the factory housings before I bought the bike and I presume they did? I'm not 100% sure though as the signal indicator light has never worked and I heard if you disconnect that you do not need the flasher relay. This is all based on things I have read online so I can't say for certain.
Hi i need help, ive tried changing the old turn signals to new ones and i did plug them correctly and when ever i hit the turn signal switch the back signals dont worl properly but the front ones do.

It also blinks when I turn my blinkers on AND all my lights on the tank and handle bars blink (odometer, gas light, brights indicator, and the glow around the speedo) I turned the bike off and went inside. Don’t have time for this 😂
I got new turn signals and I put all the wires with the same colors.. and when I press the left turn signal the right one blinks insted. Why is it doing that??
@LuckyAcesRiding idk man. When I took them off the blues were with the blues and green with green and black with blacks.. there are only 2 blue wires and 2 black wires.. I swapped them over and over and it don’t work.. I don’t want to put a blue wire with a green one.
@LuckyAcesRiding I’m also worried that if there are mixed up.. there will be a fire hazzatd. It’s the blinkers in the front that are mixed up. Also I seen that the plug 🔌 behind the headlight is kinda melted I don’t want my bike to catch fire
This literally just happened to me a few days ago. There is too much load for the relay. You need get a diode or you can take out the turn signal indicator. I took the turn signal indicator out and my turn signals worked fine
3 wires up front (turn and running lights), only 2 required for the rear (turn only). I bought two sets of lights with 3 wire so I can put them wherever.

I've been going crazy with mine bc I have 2 green 1orange on right side.grean and orange left...and wth is a electrical variable load flasher?? It came with my light.
Are the new lights LED? I suspect the "variable load flasher" is a replacement relay to compensate for the reduced load LEDs have on the circuit as oppose to incandescent bulbs. @@rosieeye6812

I got the opposite issue. My running light works, no brake indicator though. Turn signals work fine.
What is the bolt Size to mount light to the rear wheel to hold the plate/light ??
i have an 07 vt600c, will i have to use a flasher relay or does my bike have leds already
Flasher relay will probably be required. My bike had LED bulbs in the stock lenses so I am guessing a previous owner swapped it out.

I personally have never ridden a motorcycle with ABS so I can't comment specifically. With or without practicing emergency braking is important.
Dude I got the exact same license plate/brake light on Amazon is there a certain way to wire the running light? Mine won't turn on at all

Did you by chance get the plugs mixed up? I did this in the front and had to swap them around.

Oh man, I have not seen that before. I'd go back and double/triple check all wiring to make sure nothing is crossed or shorting out.

My wires on left side are orange and red, green and red
Right side are 2 green and red and an orange and red AAARRRGGGHGGGHAAA!!!
What bike are you working with? Those colors don't seem to line up with the 750 Aero wiring diagram I have.
