- I travelled miles up to the remote North West of Scotland to search and fish from some of the hardest land to stand on in the country.
On this truly magnificent day, I walk and paddle my kayak 2.5 miles to reach this island. Initially, I wasn't sure if there was going to be any fish at this time of year so I prepared myself with both my lure and bait rod.
Not everything went completely to plan and although I had the kayak with me to avoid getting wet- it ended up being the reason I needed to get wet!
Finally, I want to say a massive thank you for all the support since I began this channel and for helping me reach 1000 subscribers 👊

Not many people can be bothered getting up before light to go to see beautiful places so I always struggle getting my mates to do mad trips out with me and have to go on my own.

Thank you Thomas, yes. You're pretty much bang on. The closest village to where this was is Culkein Drumbeg, just North of Lochinver. Imagine having 5 or 6 of them pots 😂. You'd have a years worth of peelers in a day ahah

@@UntouchedFishing to right mate I’m going to see if I can afford a train down to Scotland somewhere in summer for pollock got any suggestions would be grateful mate keep the videos going can’t wait for more
I would always suggest places like st abbs/ Eyemouth. As you know from some of my videos some of the ones down at st abbs can be a brutal walk down so if you don’t fancy that I’d say Eyemouth is your best bet. I recommend getting down before the mackerel get there, mid July can be pretty nuts with them and you might struggle to get though the mega shoals 😂

I'm Irish but often fish troup head on the moray coast Aberdeenshire. Great Pollack and cod fishing.
I’ve never tried for pollock that far up, I’ll have to get up and make a video in the summer 👍

hi mate, ive been having car issues. one should be coming in the next week or 2, ive been out to Oban searching for skate and have got the video pretty much filmed but didn't manage to catch. back over there next week so fingers crossed ill be able to get lucky then 👍
