Velvet who is wrecking the storage space and then some buzz sawing turns around and gets her head bitten clean off by ravage the mechanical dog , Valentino sees this and runs screaming and hides in the big silder side door but what he doesn’t know shockwave was in there already and then kills him by head bashing Valentino’s head against the door 4 times and next is striker who sees shockwave walking out of the room holding Valentino’s corpse with his brains Hanging out and s stares at him with your next look causing striker to drop his revolvers and runs for it and then runs in a camera room and tries to pick up the phone but then static and drops the phone and looks at the cameras and sees starscream and knockout starring at the camera as knockout opens up the vent then ravage goes inside and then starscream and knockout stare back at the camera and then striker runs up to vent blocking ravage and then goes out of the room and then slider door slides down striker tries to press the controls and then he starts to hear humming and runs up to the sider door and tries to turn the bottons as the loud sharp mechanical footsteps start getting closer and closer as striker turns around to see Decepticon foxy standing there as the light starts flashing and then foxy runs towards striker and ends his life by biting him in half and Stella walks in the fortress and then hears whispers coming from this way as Stella walks towards the whispers and as she goes in front the darkness starscream’s large servo hand comes out and grabs Stella into the darkness as her screams are heard throughout the fortress as bones are crushed and flesh being ripped and tearing off lumps as Stella’s head is thrown into the ground emerging out the darkness is starscream covered in Stella’s blood as he makes a ear to ear smile with razor sharp teeth and does a hush sound and then blends into the darkness

In the US, cannibalism isn't a crime. Usually what gets a cannibal locked up is the method of obtaining the human flesh to consume, that being murder or desecration of the deceased. However, if someone were to cut off a piece of themself and give it to you or someone gives you prior consent(it can be best proven if it's in writing) before dying, then the law will not come after you for eating human flesh. This is one the many things you would expect to be illegal in the US but isn't.

Not really, they are quite similar: both are cruel, abusive and sadistsic. It's just that Alastor is master of manipulation and has a more entertaining polite personality which captivates many people. And we clearly did not see all his atrocities and what he forced Husk to do that he began to always get drunk

If you look at some of the details you can see Velvet and Valentino made a “Love potion” and it’s really only used as a roofie. The lone sharks try to use it on Angel to take advantage of him. What kind of charge would that be?
For the lone shark one, it’s definitely a crime to drug someone.
But for the makers of the Love Potions, there’s been theories that the love potion was made from Valentino’s saliva, must be badly contaminated and I’m pretty sure making that potion is a crime without a license or something, I don’t know how that works.

Just two points I think you overlooked, and which could have factored into the sentences given.
#1: It is possible to give someone in Hell the death sentence via angelic steel. Given the limited number of such steel available, executions would have to be carried out by something reusable like an angelic steel guillotine.
#2: If you are unwilling to get angelic steel involved, consider that, since they are immortal, a life sentence could be considered even worse than a death sentence given that it would effectively amount to imprisonment for eternity.
I personally am NOT a fan of the death penalty, but I also think prioritizing one's moral code over the safety of others is a sinful act of pride -- that the righteous thing isn't always the right thing. So for the three deserving of the worst, I would give the following:
Lute: Life sentence to be served in Hell.
Valentino: Life sentence in solitary confinement in Hell.
Adam: Death by angelic guillotine.
I know it might be put under SA, but Valentino is apparently making his own love potion too, from his own body. And is even selling the stuff, which is how Angel Dust nearly got roofied. He’d probably get charges for drug manufacturing and peddling. And may even get a roasting (probably literally) from Asmodeus, who is not at all fond of love potions.
Angel also has a bottle of it on his vanity in the dressing room. And every corner has a camera.
I found this out because I just wanted to see the costumes on the rack in greater detail, damn.

I keep hearing about how people are expecting Adam to be reincarnated the very next season, and checking in to the Hasbin Hotel. Personally, that sounds more like a season 3 plot line. Let him stew in hell for a season, while Charlie deals with the Vs trying to reassert control and their idea of order in the aftermath of the extermination. Then let Adam come in and put Charlie's ideals to the test, likely at the same time as Roo is making her move.

Consider: Rosy is the official governor of a town. Considering the Pride Ring seems to be a giant city, this essentially means she is the ruler of a city-state, she is also a recognized Overlord at the meetings of the Overlords, who are the territory rulers of the Pride Ring and since cannibalism is legal in her town, she has committed no crime.
The issue with some of murder charges is that when a sinner is injured they will just regenerate the wound. If they are damaged beyond repair then they will re-manifest. The only exception is angelic weapons which deal permanent damage.
Given that redemption is the show’s whole shtick, I think what actually happens is that anyone killed by an angelic weapon (whether Sinner, Exorcist or even Hellborn) is reborn on Earth as a human with no memory of their previous life, a blank slate ready to try again. If they make it into Heaven, whether from Earth or from Hell, their memories come back.

@@tsubaki4106 this doesn't really make sense. It is said (not in the show) that when a sinner dies to an angelic weapon, their soul is absorbed into Hell itself and they become a part of it, being completely gone.
That is the downside, but the upside is that they’d get reunited with any loved ones from past go-arounds who made it in before them, and they’d also get to look back and say, “yeah, that happened before, but I made it this time!”

To be fair, Sera originally never bothered worrying about hell, and then adam came along and said they were uprising when that wasn't true and just took his word for it. Unaware of the actual truth.
