Thinking about all of this, yeah dipper & Mabel died in these timelines But Stan had to have been the most depressed & traumatized character in the multiverse, the guilt Stan would feel in all these timelines and on top of these timelines he never frees ford
Maybe he does in some like maybe in the one where Mabel and Dipper die in the fall after defeating the GideonBot the police finds the journal 3 and gives it to Stan and maybe Bud feeling guilty over the kid's deaths decides to give Stan the journal 2 or Stan just gets it in another way probably similar to the one in canon but far more violent aka him beating up/knocking Gideon out after causing Dipper and Mabel's deaths
I think Stan is the weapon to beat Bill, but he needs the kids to motivate him and Ford to put him on the right track. It takes a scoundrel to fight a scoundrel.
That seems unlikely to me dipper never had a chance in that fight. My theory is that the code actually sucks him into the game rather than sending Rumble out.
He could have won after Maple and Stan are killed. Rumble attacks the water tower they are on. Dipper stating you killed my Sister would affect Rumble.
I think I’m in agreement. I think originally Rumble was going to be sent back to the game win or lose, and perhaps this graphic retcons it so the winner is forced to keep on playing
Ok worst part about the Sock Opera one is what Bill would've done after he won. He would've convinced the town Dipper went mad and jump off the water tower afterwards. 💀
personally in my opinion this art piece is one of the most simple yet ambitious things gravity falls has ever done, seeing this amount of references in a single art piece is not something you see often at all and it deserves all the love it gets.

Or overdose, choking on candy, diabetes, whatever she made and ate it, mircowave explosion, umbrella flying, animal attacks, microwave concaves her skull, getting shot by a grappling hook by waddles and damaging her internal organs, blood transfusions and having no blood left like this girl is a safety hazard 24/7 and needs to be constantly watched I’m pretty sure her parents regret not having a first born first then haved twins because I don’t think dipper alone is enough to keep an eye on her I feel like they need like a older sibling or two to keep an eye on them
@@Mightymewing360well it is Stan's Job to watch Both Dipper and Mabel his Neice and Nephew but he's doing something else half the time so I'm wondering what would happen if therr parents had a 3rd child
@StevenJones851 I know he trying and the whole portal thing but the fact that he got himself along with the kids arrested does not look good for him and the fact that he used to have Dipper in a werewolf costume and had customers throw quarters at him was a dick move. Also a third sibling angle would be interesting if it was an older sibling they would have to be their protector from all the super natural crap with triplets I haven’t thought that far for the girl at least I can see being a tomboy for the boy that’s still in the making for a younger sibling they would keep a real close on them especially with all the super natural shit happening that’s all I have for now.
there is probably a universe where one of the twins just falls down some stairs, or dies from a common cold. that may also imply that there may be a horrifying reality where dipper has a rather horrifying encounter with a particular Mexican restaurant.
You look at the first art piece and realize: "Wow, Gravity Falls is actually a choose-your-adventure story". Each Dipper and Mabel reaching for the ones in the bus seat were references to past episodes. It's only because someone made the right decisions that the adventure continued, and not ended.
@@blinkowarner3117 It's in the Journal 3 book. Stanford mentions that he was on the verge of killing Bill with his Quantum Destabilizer before the portal opened and he went back into the real world.
@@blinkowarner3117As the comment above me said, Ford almost killed Bill, but then he saw the portal open and had to run towards it so that none of the other nightmare creatures made it to Earth.
Some more alternate timelines: The Deep End: Dipper being too late when saving Mermando Dipper Vs. Manliness: Dipper killing the Multibear and being an official member of the Manotaurs as Dipper the Destructor The Love God: Mabel spraying Robbie and Tambry with the AntiLove Potion Boyz Crazy: Mabel keeping Sev’ral Times and never setting them free, permanently splitting her and Candy and Grenda up forever! Into the Bunker: Dipper, Mabel, Soos, and Wendy getting trapped in the moving walls room, eventually getting crushed to death Not What He Seems: Mabel pushing the Button, shutting down the Portal, meaning Stan will never get to reunite with Ford! Dreamscapers: Dipper, Mabel, and Soos not being able to save Grunkle Stan, meaning Stans mind will forever be controlled by Bill, Gideon will take over the Mystery Shack, and Stan will never reunite with Ford! Weirdmageddon 2: Escape From Reality: Dipper losing the trial, getting exiled, and without Mabel, Wendy and Soos, he basically has nothing left to stop Bill! Same thing if he looks at whatever the door Mabel prepared for him had inside, but in that instance he’ll be stuck in Mabel Land forever! Dipper and Mabel Vs. The Future: Mabel taking the correct backpack when storming off into the forest!
If Dipper wasn't able to convince Gideon to fight against Bill, the eyebats would've turned him, Wendy and Soos to stone in Weirdmageddon 1 (Probably the same thing when he loses the trial except it's just him getting turned to stone.) Dipper wasn't able to save Mabel from Gideon or the falling boulders in Gideon Rises. Dipper and Mabel lose Globnar, Blendin probably kills them. Dipper kills the real Wendy in Into The Bunker, the shapeshifter probably steals the axe and kills Dipper (damn.) Mabel gets turned into a zombie by Soos instead of a summoned zombie getting her in Scaryoke. (i think this is unlikely) Bill actually kills Mabel in Weirdmageddon 3 during the eenie meenie. Dipper gets tricked by the fake Wendy while in Mabel's Bubble (ew.)
There is no timeline where Wendy lost to the fucking unicorns. I am putting my foot down on that one. Grenda alone would be enough to turn them into glue...
Grenda, Wendy, and Mabel, absolutely enraged by the fact that the unicorns were lying to her and made her feel a terrible person while she actually isn't... Yeah, the unicorns would have no chances
@@SarahAllen-tq1vr still Grenda and Wendy would demolish the unicorns because they are Grenda and Wendy Plus, if she would be tired/injured before, she wouldn't have gone to this adventure in the first place. It was her choice to go for unicorns' hair
I think most alternative timelines work like in "Drakengard/Nier". It's not only about choices. It also requires lots of karma around the person, and it requires lots of magic in the place they are to split reality into parallel timelines.
Alternate idea for Babel: Bill actually DID jump off the water tower in Dipper’s body, Mabel mourns her dead brother, Bill makes a deal moth Mabel during this time of grieving, and does the same to her.
Because this is before they find out about the society of the blind eye, Mable could strike a deal to forget her brother. Bill would ask for a puppet in return, just as he did with Dipper. He opens the portal, using Mable's grief as a manipulation tactic because it's hard to say no to a grieving child.
Wax dipper could come from the universe where Mabel was extra ambitious and created wax duplicates of her, dipper, and Stan. Using some extra wax that Stan got from the haunted garage, alongside the wax statues. Which would allow their duplicates to come alive and take their place. While time displace dipper could come from a universe where Blendin prevented the twins from being born.
@@JabamiLainno, dipper and Mabel would be a paradox because they have to be born in order from Blendin to go back in time and prevent their births. If dipper and Mabel was never born Blendin would never need to go back in time.
Another possible timeline for the events of the Lost Legends story, "Don't Dimension It" is where Mabel fails to stop Anti-Mabel from entering her dimension and cause mass havoc.
@@miguelangelacostapanche5610 I believe that the stories depicted in Lost Legends are supposed to be canon. Taking place in-between "A Tale of Two Stans", and towards the end of "Weirdmageddon Part 3"(The scene with Dipper and Mabel celebrating their 13th birthday party).
@@YummySoap573not quite everything. There is at least 1 piece of GF media that is confirmed to be non canon, that being one of the books. Specifically the one that features the AXOLOTL. Alex confirmed that while that story itself isn't canon, the information regarding the heavenly axolotl is.
I think Mabel is the one in the Blind Eye Society robe since she was going to erase her memories of her summer crushes in the episode Society of the Blind Eye. EDIT: I just realized they DON'T have braces in the art. Lol never mind.
@@1sup3rN0va1OMG ! What if Blind Eye Mabel is actually Dipper inside her body, having gone mad because they couldn't undo the switch after the real Mabel tried to get rid of/hide the rug, only for it to be accidentally destroyed somehow ? Maybe that's why he doesn't cover his head. He's refusing to forget the one thing that led him to that situation. Only thing he forgets, is who that face belongs to.
@@1sup3rN0va1that said, I think Blind Eye Dipper is still Dipper, but in some timeline in which, like Roundtable said, either Mabel or Wendy (or both) became unreachable to him because of his own choices.
wax dipper could also be from the clay episode, as the entire family was almost turned into clay, and you could write off the non canon thing off as another timeline
Guess who came back with another theory? Maybe Gnome Queen Mabel is from a world where Dipper never found the journals? He's weirded out by her new boyfriend, but doesn't suspect that he's a zombie, so he doesn't pry. And when Mabel goes missing... there's nothing he can do.
That does sound more believable. Although, maybe that's what drives him to eventually find the diary, but this time he gets more paranoid and obessessed with the knowledge in it, since he doesn't know what Mabel's boyfriend did to her. Maybe in this reality, Gideon himself goes to Dipper, wanting to help him find Mabel after seeing her in the news report disappearance, but during their joint work to find her, they start getting obessessed in controlling the entire supernatural.
A comment revealed to me Dipper was almost a still-born, because his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. What if the Gnome Queen Mabel reality (Book of Bill) is actually a timeline where that happened, and Mabel looks for an alternative Dipper version, because in the night in which Shmebolock regains his hability to speak, with pity, he revealed their queen there are alternative universes, and one of them could include her brother being alive ?
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that 😭 he's clearly a pretty unreliable narrator, and it would be basically impossible for only one out of infinite (infinite is a LOT) timelines to be a good ending. I think it's pretty likely that he just outright lied to make himself feel better about losing.
No such thing as "most". The multiverse creates two universes through a split path, which can consist of something as minor as someone in 971 A.D. having moved a leaf 1mm away without knowing, and from there, more infinite universes. As such, there are infinite universes where Dipper and Mabel win, and ones where they lose, ones where the show never happened, ones which ended up neutral, etc.
I didn't realize just HOW MANY TIMES they've been on the verge of death in this show. They could have died a couple from crashes alone, these kids were VERY LUCKY in that one timeline 🤣
I actually love this idea, beacuse it gets rid off ,,plot armor" showing that they could fail, but we are just happened to be watching universe where they succeded
I’m talking about the Animorphs Tie-In “Choose” Your Own Adventure books. Notice how I put “choose” in quotes? That’s because those two books are infamous for having *only one path* through the entire book where you succeed. And if you decide to deviate even slightly, *every* path that isn’t the single correct one ends with death. Knowing how Gravity Falls similarly has only one timeline where everything works out, with any slight deviation ends with death or a bad end. This is an apt comparison.
Honestly the possibility of there being a universe where Stan accepted one of Bill's offers in the finale (money, fame, a whole galaxy) is heartbreaking
But question, if Stan DID accept, what's gonna happen? Is Stan gonna unclear his mind himself? What's he gonna do? Even Stan couldn't do anything at that point.
@@mher_22 Actually seeing a time where Stan fucks with him more, in actually accepting the deal but then Bill realising: Stan: PFFT you think I have any control over my memories getting ereased? thanks for the Statue you Pointy dissapointment! maybe if you starting being inspired by family, you'd get something worth sacrificing yourself for.
Remember: this is Bill's Book, so it shouldn't necessarily be taken as direct canon that these parallel versions would/are, of their own free will (in scenarios where they have it), want(ing) to take a "revenge" of sorts against our mystery twins.
I envision a Gravity Falls where Weirdmagddon happens but Bill & his minions remain trapped in the town. Bill is so angry he spends eternity torturing, killing & resurrecting the twins to relieve his boredom. If you ever read "I Have No Mouth & I Must Scream" by Harlan Ellison, you know what I mean.
The fact there's only one timeline where both are happy and alive is pretty sad.The other Pine Twins either went insane or one went home without their twin or none went home.
What if there was a timeline where Fiddleford never accidentally looked inside the Dimensional portal? If that happened, then Ford would never found out what Bill cipher was up to and let the portal keep on running. This would have led to Bill unleashing Weirdmageddon, and there would be nothing to stop him.
If Bill doesn't mention it, not even to mock the reader by its absence, then it's possible there isn't. Timelines, if we go by "Nier" logic, require strong amounts of magic and karma on protagonist like people to be created. Ford has strong karma, but he was possessed by Bill half of the time, therefore, their karma and power levels must be too split to form new timelines.
Doubt he's lying. When lying doesn't work for him, he uses cosmic horror and knowledge. He never lies about the latter two, as they're usually enough to either tempt or intimidate someone.
That's what i thought too because if there are infinite possibilities how would only 1 timeline have Dipper and Mable survive till the end? If there are infinite timelines where they died then surely there are infinite timeliness where they survived as well
@@pigeonleader yeah thats what I thought. Because just thinking about the ending part where Stanley fights with Stanford if they hadn't done that they would've defeated bill I bet
Considering that it's implied that both Amphibia and The Owl House are set in the same universe as Gravity Falls, what if there is a timeline where either The Core and King Andrias successfully conquered Earth, or The Core managed to destroy Amphibia with the moon? Also, there might be a timeline where Emperor Belos succeeded in using the draining spell on the Day of Unity.
Well knowing their transformation designs and references to amphibia would be fine because they got ssgss goku (and mui) and owl house have xeno goku with ssj4 to deal with it and considering that both have dragons balls they can fix all this mess
Theory: Candy Dipper wasn't eaten and he succeeded in killing the Summerween Trickster by eating him. However, due to not having Soos' animalistic ability to consume anything imaginable, he dies because of candy overdose. He becomes the new Summerween Trickster after eating all that candy, now an undead zombie who has no choice but to haunt summerween. In turn, Mabel could end up researching zombies and such to an extreme, eventually becoming a zombie herself in an experiment gone wrong. (Please forgive me, this is silly and I don't know the order of the episodes, harass me all you want.)
My theory:after the events at the haunted store, Mabel decided to sneaks a few smile dips to the shack which makes Mabel crazy forever My 2nd theory for time dipper: when blendin won the globnar challenges and wishing that both Dipper and Mabel doesn't exist anymore, dipper has his last resort to use the time measure to get to soos birthday but it's already too late anybody doesn't see dipper and Mabel which leaves soos alone in his birthday
it makes perfect sense that there are different variations of Dipper & Mabel throughout the Multiverse but they don't end happily like Dipper & Mabel from the original timeline on the show 🥺 I know they're not real people but they're stories are just so sad to see them all suffer tragedies of every kind breaks my heart 😢😭
Stan has stated many times that he wouldn't forgive himself if the kids got hurt under his supervision, imagine how every other Stan is feeling throughout those infinite universes
The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time literally forms a timeline where adult Link dies before defeating Ganon. Other Links deal with the consequences in other games, so it's possible that Bill Cipher might still have eventually been defeated in other Gravity Falls timelines or parallel universes.
This auto-play rabbit hole experiment is becoming quite fascinating. What started with Flex Tape videos has now taken me through topics like Lucky Bags, Japanese internet cafés, and by the fifth video, I found myself deep in some rather dark cartoon theories-many involving children dying. It’s been a bizarre and unexpected journey, to say the least!
Technicly, they didn't really die in the timeline where they become an part of the blind eye, but they still don't come back home, it's more like every timeline where they lose
Another timeline idea: Ford dies in Dipper & Mabel VS The Future leading to Dipper and Mabel not being able to prevent Weirdmageddon and dying during that. Epic video BTW!! I really enjoyed it!
At 0:54, that’s actually Mabel, look at her nose, Dipper has a reddish nose just like both Grunkles, and in my opinion, Mabel joining the Society of the Blind Eye is even more curious 😵💫
Its actually a little hard to notice, but that *is* dippers nose, and if it were Mabel, there would be braces on the teeth Edit: and in the image there's already a Mabel in a blind eye society robe
A series showing parallels of the Pines loosing and/or becoming evil would be dark. But, interesting to watch. I would prefer if the revival would have a time skip. Not a big one like Dipper and Mabel being grown ups. More like late teens.
The zombie outbreak is naturally contained to gravity falls and the surrounding area because if bill couldn’t make it out why would the zombie be able to
If there’s infinite timelines, then by logic and math, there must be more than one where dipper and Mabel survive. In fact, there must be infinity timelines where they survive and infinity timelines where they fail. Bill lied.
I feel like the The Time Traveler Dipper met his fate trying to both make Mabel happy and keeping Wendy to like him in The Time Traveler’s Pig, in which doing so he did too much which caused him to rip a fabric in reality and is suck out of bounds. Meaning he can’t interact with anyone with no one seeing or hearing him.
16:54 I think i remember that the note Bill wrote about what he was gonna do with Dipper's body after destroying the journal ended with ".. Wanna join him, Shooting Star?" So that could be related to possesed Mabel.
Also, I think "Scissor Dipper" happened, because Mabel struggled to get the amulet from Gideon, leading them two to accidentally stab Dipper, hence why the scissor is on his back. She must have then finally won the struggle, using the amulet to take revenge.
I always liked the idea of 8-Bit Dipper actually beat Rumble and was sent back to the game instead of him. Since Rumble won and was sent back in the actual episode
I really like the idea that this story only had a truly good ending in one universe. With all the insane things that happened to them it's low key ridiculous nothing went too wrong when we think about it. Its a fun twist adding this sort of realism to such outlandish over the top sort of fantasy cartoon. Love the concept of it. I like the ending we got in the series but it's just so fun to see all the "what ifs" and all the dark humour on what might have gone wrong!
What if there’s multiple bills each from own universe but weird Mageddon made bill so powerful in a universe he travled to other universes and had an army of all powerful bills
Man, can't Disney just give as a Gravity Falls special or something where we see all this AU's? We don't need more life action stuff or sequals no one ask for!!! Give us good cartoons or gives sequals to series who deserves that (like The Owl House). 😢
It didn't need to be McGucket's Gobblewonker robot. There are two other options: 1. A timeline where the REAL Gobblewonker attacks 2. A timeline where the Twins didn't escape the Giant Head Island from the short, Tooth. As it said (in reverse) "You have awakened my slumber! Enter my mouth, children! Enter your destiny! RAAAHH!"
I think the amulet Mable and stabbed Dipper are the same timeline. I think that, in this one, Mabel arrives too late and watches Dipper get stabbed through the window.Gideon then hides the body. She then enters the factory appearing clueless to what happened, and manages to snag the amulet from Gideon, and, in a dark turn, she uses it to throw Gideon of the cliff, killing him.
I agree it's the same timeline, but I have an alternative theory. I think Mabel struggled to get the amulet from Gideon, leading them two to accidentally stab Dipper, hence why the scissor is on his back. She must have then finally won the struggle, using the amulet to take revenge.
I can only imagine what would happen with their parents, realizing the reason their children died/turned evil is because they sent them to gravity falls just for the summer.
@Amber-h4zit would have been more selfish to keep them at home when the parents themselves are still deciding where they stand at. They did the mature thing. They couldn't predict the consequences.
I don't believe there's only one timeline where they survived, but bill is just saying that to make them sound weaker. If there is an infinite amount of timelines, that means there is an infinite amount of timelines where they die, but also an infinite amount of timelines where they survived.
But Bill DID say that in an infinite amount of timelines, they only survived in this one. And this is also the only timeline where Mabel has her pig, Waddles.
Wait, doesn't this mean that in every timeline where twins lost before the end of session 1, Bill olso dies, because Stan never opens the portal, and Stanford kills Bill whith hes gun in the nightmare realm?
Maybe Dipper and Mabel's blind eye version were that mcgucket didn't get there in time to save wendy, soos and the twins, so their minds were erased of their summer and they were initiated into the blind eye.
16:46 the fact that a universe where bill possesses mabel instead of dipper is inclused in the universes where they didnt survive is pretty interesting. I mean, obviously they cant defeat her the same way as dipper because she sleeps well, but like... they couldn't find any other way? Is she that powerful?
In any timeline where ford never is freed from the portal, bill is probably killed because just as ford normally gets saved, he was seconds away from killing bill
13:13 I think if Mabel turned into a zombie, she wouldn’t get infected because the infection would be like no you’re too kindhearted because zombies consist of evil
Would "Reverse Falls" twins be the reason these variants find out about the other realities ? Well, if not, I'll prepare it for my "KH/Marvel/DC" centered fics.
@@redstocat5455 Pretty sure reversed falls is just a personality and role swap Au. like the villains become the heros and the heros become the villains. Pacifica and gideon are the main characters and heros in that AU. and bill isn't evil, and the Pine twins (Who are now the gleeful twins) are the villains. could be wrong barely know the AU bc I do not care.
I like to think that bipper and ghost dipper are in different alternate universes. I think bipper is if bill never jumped to kill dipper and that ghost dipper (seeing as he has no pupils) went crazy due to bill killing him so he can’t get his body and is stuck.
14:54 bipper wouldn't actually last for ever (kinda) if dippers body gets exhausted bill gets ejected also if dipper could posses sock puppets I don't see why he couldn't posses his dead body since bill can posses zombies
I agree that this is tree sap, but it would’ve been SO COOL to get clay dipper and clay mabel. Same that was a tale designed to sell merchandise and isn’t canon
Learning all this is so crazy now I kinda wish this was the video game where see all the wrong outcomes or more it’s nuts to think the timeline with waddles is the only good one
10:00 Bro, no. It's written in Journal 3 the amulet Gideon used causes the wearer to become evil, paranoid and insane. Mabel isn't using the amulet because her brother is dead, it's because the amulet would have corrupted her to be more like Gideon.
But she had to get it from somewhere, somehow, and have a reason to not get rid of it. I think "Scissor Dipper" happened, because Mabel struggled to get the amulet from Gideon, leading them two to accidentally stab Dipper, hence why the scissor is on his back. She must have then finally won the struggle, using the amulet to take revenge. But it didn't stop there, because now she was open to keep it.
I doubt even they would take Belos in knowing that in all probability he'll try and turn the entire Theraprism into his new empire and attempt to destroy The Demon Realm with the inmates; everyone in the Theraprism is already not doing well mentally and the last thing the workers there would ever want is to bring in someone that'll encourage the inmates to do evil rather than improve and become better. Besides, Emperor Belos does not deserve redemption, he should rot in Hell where he belongs, The Owl House's already made that quite clear, soo. . . yeah.
Whats crazy, Is that the only reason dipper and mabel won was because of waddles tho this wasn't confirmed. Its very likely as none of the timelines except ours has waddles, This would explain why grabbing waddles was important Even tho dipper did it for his sister it could have been the reason they survived every adventure, Death and timeline.

What about the timeline where Mabel rejects going back into the real world and Mabel, Dipper, and Wendy gets trapped in Bill’s illusions for eternity?
I still feel like Bill was exaggerating a bit with the "ONE Timeline" statement, but, yeah, most definitely ended up with the Pines Twins dead.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that 😭 he's clearly a pretty unreliable narrator, and it would be basically impossible for only one out of infinite (infinite is a LOT) timelines to be a good ending.
They could have died a couple from crashes alone, these kids were VERY LUCKY in that one timeline 🤣

then Dipper and Mable is the Alternamorphs of theirs.
What ?
You mean Animorphs?
If the twins love for each other is a constant, as shown in "Lost Legends", Stan's must be too. He is their role model after all.

I envision a Gravity Falls where Weirdmagddon happens but Bill & his minions remain trapped in the town. my take on babel:
when bill was in the time travel man's body, instead of trapping mabel he took her body (arguably smarter for weirdmageddon)

Gravity Falls’ AUs jumpstarted my interest in AU fandoms for many different franchises
I can only imagine what would happen with their parents, realizing the reason their children died/turned evil is because they sent them to gravity falls just for the summer.
And on top of that, they sent the kids there mainly because they're fighting! Their children got killed/corrupted because of their own selfishness!
@Amber-h4zit would have been more selfish to keep them at home when the parents themselves are still deciding where they stand at. They did the mature thing. They couldn't predict the consequences.

Hi The Roundtable, can you please do the next video of "What if Emperor Belos got sent to a Theraprism from The Book of Bill after his death?"?
I doubt even they would take Belos in knowing that in all probability he'll try and turn the entire Theraprism into his new empire and attempt to destroy The Demon Realm with the inmates; everyone in the Theraprism is already not doing well mentally and the last thing the workers there would ever want is to bring in someone that'll encourage the inmates to do evil rather than improve and become better.

This is really dark, thank goodness we live in the universe where Dipper and Mabel survived
I literally JUST watched the original video about the image last night. Crazy how this video came out less than 24 hours later haha
"In all the other timelimes..." Yes, according to BILL, who is famously known for his honesty.
I think melted dipper is a result of dipper & Mabel losing in globnar
