I am 60 years old. I have been on testosterone cream for 6 months. My testosterone total was 240, free was 5.3. After 6 months on the cream, my total was 1128 and free is 34.2. My A1C went from 5.6 to 5.4. My cholesterol went from 239 to 195 and I lost 20 pounds without dieting. I'm drawing my own conclusions.
I am 44 years old i have tried both.I can honestly say side effect wise for me i felt like supermans older brother on both and I will take them forever!!!!

why would Testosterone increase the risk of Prostate cancer, surely it decreases it, as high estrogen in males increase PSA levels which results in an enlarged prostate that can then lead on to Prostate Cancer.
Because test can be androgenic and aromatise. Like when roid heads get butch tits. Have to supplement with things to make sure it converts properly. But MD's are retards
Question... if you use the gel, and then after 3-4 hours take a shower... has most of it absorbed? The bottle says wait at least 2 hours.... but when I do shower, even if it's as much as 24 hours later, I still feel some slimy film that re-hydrates from the water touching it... does this mean it's not absorbing at all?
thats normal, you should't really walk around with short sleeve shirts and avoid touching someone for 6 + hours. also hot showers to really get the cream off. but absorbation problems can occur as it isnt for everyone. but making sure to let it dry out after applying it, and having a routine to shower in the morning and immediatally apply the gel as your skin is fresh and it'll absorb much better
Has anyone had a significant blood pressure increase using testosterone gel? I was using 4 pumps daily and about had a mini stroke during a stressful situation. Testosterone cypionate injections did not raise my blood pressure significantly as did the gel. I had a 223/113 with the gel
Yup. Me too. Blurry vision. Stressed. Didn't feel right. Quit. I would rather be natural and weak than screw up my own health and then absolutely hate myself for it and go into depression
SOUNDS LIKE YOU WERE USING TOO MUCH, ONE OR TWO PUMPS A DAY SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT YOU TO HIGH NORMAL, BLOOD MUST HAVE BEEN LIKE MOLASSES, NO WONDER THE STROKE, HAVE BLOOD CHECKS WHEN ON ANDROGEL, IT DOES WORK.
Testosterone gel or injections increase hct and hemoglobin that why you had a stroke! You should get your blood checked routinely while on T and give away blood
If gel or shots are used for TRT, then you are on it for life. So, no PCT would be needed. But, if you acquire gel or shots and use it for gain in the gym and physique, but you don't actually need it, then yes you would need PCT. And, you also run a risk of ruining your endocrine system to a point that even though you were using it for recreational reasons, you could do enough damage to cause yourself to have to use gel or shot TRT the rest of your life.

So I have been taking this fortesta 10mg for the past 30 days, my doctor gave me a prescription for 90 days only. when I'm done with it, do I ask my doctor to prescribe more? when I come off it in 90 days, is there a side affect?

Are you still with us
It would be nice to hear what dosage they gave these men. And to what levels it elevated their Testosterone levels.
Just started mine yesterday at 32 years old 6 month treatment for low T.
I can’t imagine this guy being my professor. I’d scream! Just spit it out already.
I’m 37 and I’m collecting my TRT gel tomorrow, I’ll update.
It spikes me to like 1000 in the morning. Then by the next morning my t level is in the 100s
