This channel is so underrated. The knowledge and real application you provide is seriously top notch. And this vid confirmed my suspicion that you have much more knowledge than many TH-camrs in this niche and instead of the usual influencer 'authority' you have actually become an authority on the subject by real dedicated education and practicw. Thanks for all you do!
Thank you for the video. Where did you get the mesh curtain that seems to have a magnet that closes it right away? I could use one of those for my place.
Thank you for this video. I recently moved from the states to Italy. My husband is from here, so when we retired, we came here to live. Now that I have the tie, I have been accumulating some birds. Watching what you do on a daily basis is a big help to me, since keeping a pretty regular routine is a lot easier once you get into the groove! So important! I am enjoying your videos immensely.
I really enjoyed your video to see what your day involved with the birds was helpful. It concerned me that you said you had so many concussions. I am home recovering from a bad one right now. I hope you are able to return to normal life soon. I have a parrotlet that I bought from a pet store that was in there for a yr before I bought him. I have had him about a month and a half and I am so discouraged. He is nippy although with working with him he has gotton better. He does not want anything to do with being caught i cant seem to get him to step up or down he just wants to get away. When I have him out he gets away and flys back to his cage thats where he always wants to be it seems. He loves his affection but doensnt seem to want any part of humans being out of his cage I even tried him on the floor no go. He wont eat any fruits or veggies Ive tried many kinds. He not even really into all the toys I bought him different types. I dont know who to talk to the pet stores dont seem to have any anwers I almost wish I could pay someone that would make my parrotlet socialable and loving and affectionate like yours..........any suggestions?
Have you tried target training yet? I know that's a go-to for scared birds, once they reliably will touch a target with their beak you can usually lead them onto your hand and slowly get them okay with being on your hand and then maybe start removing them little by little from the cage. I think she has a video on it if you search her training videos!
Hi miss, you're video is very instructive. I want to have a bird and do some stuff like you do but i live in a basement. Sorry i'm a french speaker. And have problem do to a bird room. I think it will be every room of the place. Please can you try to help me?
I absolutely love you my baby David he doesnt want me around. He is fearfull and wants nothing to do with me. Ive had him since he was 5 months old he's now 5 years old. How do i bond with my little parrot. Thanks...Lisa
if david isn't stepping onto your hand/willing to touch you, you should spend a lot of time near him, with your hand in plain view. have some treats in your hand once he's okay with that. after a year i'm assuming that you guys have bonded though. please update me!
For a lot of parrots and keepers, you can tell them apart just by body language and behavior. These two parrotlets are also slightly different shades of blue. One has a color mutation that makes her lighter.
I have a crow my friends found it's a flegling and still not ready to fly yet there was an egg with him but it was dead with holes in it everywhere like another bird got it and I named the crow chase but if i figure out it's a girl or something her name will be lexa oh I found something cool for me that saved my ears I went outside with chase and put him on the car then here comes a crow to feed chase like to greet him the crow came to me and landed on my arm like to say thanks for caring for my baby or sibling and when he flies give him back to us I'm hoping that once chase flies he can leave happy peaceful and ready to see family members and remember me
hello i have 3 budgies and one i only feed them seeds because they get scared of small pieces of veggies or fruit and i want to make sure their diet is good so how can i get them to eat their veggies if they get very scared? Thank You!
Yes. I had a parakeet who did that. But one day i was eating a chip with him on my shoulder and he began to want to eat the food out of my mouth. I soon found out if he saw me eating something he would chow down as well.
You are so kind hearted. If i was a bird, i would wish to be owned by you...🐦🕊🐦
ListenandLearn Yeah!!! Me too
They eat better than me
me too

Featheredaddictions online!
How does she distinguish the two blue birds? Are their personalities that contrasting?
For a lot of parrots and keepers, you can tell them apart just by body language and behavior. These two parrotlets are also slightly different shades of blue. One has a color mutation that makes her lighter.

hello i have 3 budgies and one i only feed them seeds because they get scared of small pieces of veggies or fruit and i want to make sure their diet is good so how can i get them to eat their veggies if they get very scared? Thank You!
Try giving them a full leaf of luttuce
dianna herrera try taking them out and sit and eat what you want them to eat while kids ignoring them. They will want it because they can't have it
Yes. I had a parakeet who did that. But one day i was eating a chip with him on my shoulder and he began to want to eat the food out of my mouth. I soon found out if he saw me eating something he would chow down as well.
dianna herrera you can slowly start to add them to their food little by little so they get used to it being near it
tell them they cant leave the dinner table until they eat their veggies
my pigeon sleeps with me lol
Your going to kill him/her
@@samanthawit4348 I think they mean in the same room.
can you care a little more or make videos with flippy out of his cage
Ryann Leonard he is 12 years old very old so he can't fly very well being out of the cage won't do him to much good
