So it leads me to believe that the shitty hotel filled with addicts and homeless people has something to do with it. So I have to call the company higher ups about the issues with the hotels and areas they’re putting applicants in. This will probably happen to someone else. This is bs, now I’m running around trying to figure out how to get whatever residue is left off and I don’t even do drugs. Never have.

Nobody stops them. Nobody cares. These addicts and homeless people are everywhere and that’s no exaggeration. Well this company has a contract with a nearby hotel where their terminal for orientation is. A rather low budget hotel. These people do drugs in the room or have people that come over and do drugs in the rooms. Because the same thing happened to another individual. I passed the urine and failed the hair test. I underestimated the possibility of receiving a bad room.
I hate when people do this DUH we know to just stop smoking but for the people who get hit with a hair follicle and you didn’t even know that job required it this ain’t helping 😂
Good info.Though it may be worth it to mention that only the DOT jobs will log the drug test records, otherwise it is still confidential to any other party but your employer and yourself, even at the same lab, say you applied for two non DOT jobs, and you went to the same lab at two different times , if you fail the first test they will not dig up the other employers number and tell then, they will simply test you again, and if the other company didn't pay for the drug test they will not get information regarding it, or you or anything, that is all protected info, DOT is the only setup where they'll let everyone know, maybe also medical licensing "powers that be" I bet they'd rat out a doctor who was doing drugs to everyone too
I took a loratab 5 for a tooth ache man I was so scared I was gonna fail that stupid hair test stressed myself out over 1 stupid pill yes I passed no I don’t use drugs
Also for anyone wondering, you can order your own hair follicle test and send it in personally before taking the one the company gives you. ( I paid 100 dollars and it was over nighted to me and sending it in tomorrow) I'd rather be safe than sorry

This may sound like a silly question but what if later after you pass your drug test and you decide to buy your own truck and become a sub contractor would you have to take a drug test for every job you do even though you own your own truck ?
Good question. From what I understand you only get drug tested to work for a company as an employee. As a owner operator YOU set your OWN rules. Each job you do won’t need a drug test. The only reason a drug test is involved is because the trucking company wants to make sure you’re not a liability, not the contractee. The contractee (e.g. Walmart) doesn’t drug test the contractor (you, if you were an owner operator). But if you were an employee for (e.g. CRST) they drug test employees to get a job. Most jobs require a drug test to get hired. But if you work for yourself you don’t need to drug test yourself.
Truth be told, you can get pass the first one but passing a random not only takes skill, but also luck and some 17+ charisma along with some psychotic planning just quit

The only people that would do a hair follicle test is a job that you’re applying for. Only some jobs do hair follicle test. Not all of them do it. But to get more jobs it’s better to be able to pass a hair follicle test, know what I mean.
I would suggest taking this down my company is an agent for CRST. Although you're clean now, which is good. You wouldn't want agents or company folks seeing this. Just some friendly advice
2 months might be cutting it too close. You don’t want to fail the test so give yourself more time for your system to clean itself out so you’ll have a higher chance of passing

90 days stuff is lies. Hair test for swift goes back 12 months. I literally waited over 90 days to take mines n I passed the urine but failed the hair follicle. It depends on your metabolism, and it also depends if you cut your hair often. I didn’t cut my hair bc I looked on google etc seeing everyone say 90 days but that’s a lie. Either shave all your hair off on your body and let the new growth come in before taking it or get some shampoo otherwise it’s going to still show positive. They do not get your follicles the just cut the hair itself not from the roots.

No. It's considered legal meth. You have to be able to run a schedule for sleep and rest can't do that if amped up on Adderall
