If you get tired of USX give Crete a try. You can do real well there as a team. But they will wear you out with miles - they always have plenty of loads.

I feel like backing may be my issue but I prefer to learn now and help myself out. Me and my friend want to do team driving for a little while so I try to get him to watch along with me.
Backing is a lot easier than people think. They're just scared at first. The direction of the bottom of the steering wheel is the direction your trailer will go. If it's going right, the trailer will start going right. Just remember to start unwinding the turn halfway through to straighten out. Then, if necessary, do a short forward pull to align your trailer with the loading dock stripes on the ground, (not every dock has stripes)

Went back alil while and left em again cause I knew they didn't value drivers. 1 of the main Schneider guys in Harrisburgh named jeff told us that all the years we drove didn't mean shit to them.. So I left their ass in weeks again.. They ment nothing to me also... They use you and so I used them and left.. In currently Useing the new company until I quit trucking forever in the next year or two... Ready to thrive on my own . I been working toward my plan for years to say bye...

You know if you quit us express again , I'd doubt they will take you back . if they did I'd think if you quit a 3rd time would be it forsure.. I worked for Schneider for 13 years and quit. Went back alil while and left em again cause I knew they didn't value drivers. 1 of the main Schneider guys in Harrisburgh named jeff told us that all the years we drove didn't mean shit to them.. So I left their ass in weeks again.. They ment nothing to me also... They use you and so I used them and left.. In currently Useing the new company until I quit trucking forever in the next year or two... Ready to thrive on my own . I been working toward my plan for years to say bye...
