    1412.2 m is what our GPS showed.. beautiful pass indeed !! Was great fun driving. There are certain single lane areas where you won't be able to pass another vehicle, but it is relatively short .. like 200-500 m roughly. Stunning views !!

    The video is great but to those who want to do it please know that this pass is a lot more technical than the video makes it look.
    My own opinion: I would advise not to do this in a normal sedan, only a 4x4 or adventure bike

      Jaco Roux review the video set that we produced in 2018. It’s far superior and was filmed in the descending mode.

    Coming from Cape Town. Where would I get the turnoff for the pass and secondly can it be done with a trailer attached to my 4x4. Many thanks

    Is it advisable to take a tented trailer with good ground clearance on this pass?
