If you have windows 11 you probably can’t find the additional power setting on the power and sleep setting so what I don’t was i just hit the restart button, wait for the pc to restart then once it’s on hit shut down

I've tried every step in this video twice. My problem is that my device won't fully shut down. The mouse and keyboard would power off but the lights and fan would stay on. I ran an malware and virus scan on everything and nothing is showing up either. Any help?
Obviously it’s the Windows problem,, so if possible reinstall windows Again,,

I tried so hard all of your methods. But it doesn’t work on my dell inspiron 15, 3000 series. Pls save me. I want to shut down my laptop and it show me shutting down and then it is power off. But it reopen itself I don’t even touch it. 😭
Dude kindly try these things :
1. Check your power button, unplug power cable then unplug battery and insert again
Turn on laptop and plug in power cable and see
2. Scan whole pc using Antivirus, because it may happen for virus also
3. There might be heating issue, read this article also

5:02 Recovery > Advance Setting > Restart Now, my system doesn’t go into Restart but Shut Down instead ( and looping).
If you think this is a problem, then try to reverse the methods and update windows,,
I have shown the most effectives methods here, if something goes wrong, it may be your windows problem.

I had the same problem with a GA A320M S2H motherboard and a Ryzen 5 3400G and 18 GB RAM 2,666 HZ. After countless attempts with google and youtube searches, the problem was solved by reducing herz ram to 2,400. GOOD LUCK
I also have the same specs as yours. Did lowering ram frequency really fixed ur prob? I mean i had my unit for over a year and was working fine. this problem only started just like 1 month ago.
@@justaverage7610 i haved this problem from december 2019 when i bought new PC. I tried all resolves from TH-cam ... Dont work. When i installed drivers for ryzen 5 3400g , the pc dont shoutdown dont restart dont sleep and any time maked greenscreen whitout number error just green screen. After one year i maked douwn hertz ,my ram is 2 x 8 GB 2,666 Hertz,aftern down to 2400 Hertz on the pc dont haved any problem. So, my pc works good just when im not instaled updates from Windows 10 ,i installed windows 10 from december 2019 but i dont instaled drivers from ryzen... And works good ,if i instaled another Windows 10 dont works. But the finally now i installed all updates on windows 10 ,all drivers from ryzen but i make down hertz on rams on 2400 from bios,so easy way . So good luck.

The prompts made the options for hibernate and something else disappear. I only have sleep and lock options now under the power button.
2:00 my Power Option> Edit Plan Setting> Advance Setting> Balance (Active) , there is no PCI Express checkbox option.
