First interview in BPO, i was hired. It was 2am in the morning. Bangag na isip ko. kahit di ako fluent masyado sa english, I can manage it. Then tomorrow I received a message "Congratulations, you have passed the final interview" ang saraaaap sa ears!!!!

More practice, at wag masyado isipin ang grammar during the convo as it leads us to mental block. Try to normalize speaking english in our everyday lives and more reading of english story, movies with subtitle. It really helps ☺️

Bakit 'the interviewer have'? Hindi ba dapat the interviewer 'has'? Agreement of subject and predicate. Interviewer is singular, at ang have ay para sa plural na subject. I am 70 yrs old. Nakakalimot na ba ako? I need a reply pls, from whoever wants to reply..

Most job applications in the US are based on tests and skills. Resumes and interviews are just secondary requirements and/or formality. For example, if you're applying as an Accounting clerk, they'll give you a test in accounting. If you're applying to be an Executive Secretary, they'll give you a test in typing and other clerical tasks. Words in your resume are irrelevant, you have to show that you can actually do the job.
