We ANSWER *Subscribers* PLEA to HELP with OVERGROWN Lawn! [MOW ONLY]

- One of our subscribers reached out and asked if it was possible that CJ Mowing check in on their daughters overgrown lawn. We responded with a resounding, Yes! We scheduled the day as the daughter is a full time teacher and currently attending college with a limited schedule. Her husband is a retired veteran with tendonitis and the daughter explains that their income is up and down and while they have a riding lawn mower, it's currently broken down.
We got to work on the property taking about 7 and a half hours to complete. We're in Spring right now but the weather on this day was very hot so you'll notice we look completely exhausted! However towards the end of the day the temperatures dropped and was much more bearable. While on the property a trip was made to the Baseline Landfill to drop off the debris from the lawn.

One thing I've learned from fence-clearing videos is to never, never, ever have a chain link fence! You always do such a fantastic, thorough job!
Usually fence maintenance is one of the most dreaded yard clean up tasks. Trish tackles those fences with Grace❤❤❤
Made harder having two fences, the wooden one then the 3:11 chain link with weeds between, you go Trish, you make me feel useless.

Salute to Trish and many women of age (me) that gets out in a yard and make things happen! Yard work is a year round thing, with spring and summer being the most demanding seasons. Hi you two, another great job well done. Here we try to avoid chain link fences as it’s hard to keep them weed free especially at the part in the ground. It's weird how the home owners leave before they get done.
The lawn was only overgrown in some spots because whoever mowed the grass was too lazy to pick up the debris to mow it properly and didn't care that there was vines everywhere and trees growing up against the buildings and fence - that will cause damage to the structures
